Was really excited, this would be my first visit to a Caribou coffee place. Have heard so much great things about them. And I love Einstein Bagels. So the fact it was two in one, YaY! When we got there it was packed, so I thought this was a great place. After finally getting to the register to have my order taken, which the wait didnt bother me at all, I asked for a large frozen drink [cant remember its name now, some mint Andes] and two plain bagels toasted with plain cream cheese. The lady taking my order asked me twice what drink I wanted and how I wanted it. After I told her 2 additional times the exact same way, she then asked me what else did want. So AGAIN I told her the 2 plain bagels toasted with plain cream cheese. She asked if I wanted my bagel toasted, I said yes ... and then she said asked which smear, I said plain again. (By now was just a Lil annoyed, my order couldnt have been any more simple) Then she read back my order, large blended [Andes drink] and one toasted plain bagel with plain. Had to tell her AGAIN I wanted TWO plain bagels same way, only to go through all her bagel questions again! Finally, that part was done! Waited a good 10 mins for my order, which again I didnt have a issue with cause the orders in front of me. When my order was done, she handed me a large hot drink of the one I wanted and my bag with my bagels. I told her I asked for blended, she got a rude tone and said that the order said hot, so again I told her I ordered blended. She then grabbed the drink very rude with attitude in her body, face, and tone and told me "well then you are going to have to wait longer". She made 3 more orders before mine, then finally made mine, only to put it on the counter and not say anything to me, didnt even looked at me. So yea, I got my order finally after going through a process the whole time there! Not to mention by time got to eat my bagels, me and my little cousin got to enjoy cold hard bagels.

I am not one to write reviews for places, especially not-too-awesome ones. However, I have been coming here for about a month now, at least twice a week. Nearly everytime, something is wrong with my order. The first time, my bagel has a literal glob of cream cheese smacked in the center that was ICE cold, they couldnt even take the time to "schmear" their schmear. My coffee has come out several times tasting burnt or just flat out gross with no flavor! Today, was no different. Except today, I decdied to spend a little extra and get the Farmhouse bagel and a medium iced white chocolate turtle mocha.. I wasted 12 dollars today. My drink came out tasting like some sort of white chocolate powdered whipped cream water (did i mention this location will never ask what kind of chocolate and if you want whipped cream and toppings or not?) my bagel also came with no cream cheese and was quite cold. Im upset, i spent my money on things that I did not order. I could have spent almost 2 dollars less for the same bagel. I should have learned my lesson the first time and taken another 5 minutes to stop by another location. This is hands down, the slowest and most inaccurate location for caribou coffee and einstein bros. Please, take the time to ensure your employees are doing their best to provide a quality experience because, for the month ive been here, this location can not even compare to the other locations i have stopped in.

Ive come here twice. The first experience was not good at all due to such slow service and the coffee not that impressive. I decided to give it one more try today, a Sunday late morning. There is only 3 other people in here and the service is once again slow and lousy. Not friendly and when I asked for more napkins because they were completely out, I was directed to go over "there" because thats where the napkins are. I once again said there isnt any they are all out, it took several minutes for them to find napkkns. Also the cream was out of the pitcher and I was directed again to go over there and get more.... This store needs training in basic customer service and maybe a dose of common sense.

I stopped at this location at 2:15 PM today to order a large coffee. The woman at the counter explained they only have hazelnut this time of day and no more plain coffee. I explained that I dont drink hazelnut coffee at which point she offered me a hot tea or iced coffee. I asked what time they close today and she told me 9 PM. How can a coffee and bagel store not offer a plain coffee option past 2 PM when theyre still open for seven more hours ??? Its winter time, people like hot coffee at all times of day, and your sign clearly says "coffee and bagels" on the back of your building. Maybe just make smaller batches of plain coffee in the afternoon?WTF people.

Smoked Salmon bagel was good. The dark coffee was not dark, very light Im on my way to Starbucks. Some of the staff was very nice. The girl that took my order was not helpful and judging by her attitude she was ready for suicide. Maybe I would be too if I had to work there all day, every day. The girl that checked me out was the same, only she just stared into space. The wifi was just about unusable I has a faster connection from the Hilton or Applebees next door. If I went there again I would bring a Starbucks with me. Thats usually the safest anyway when your a coffee snob, LOL.

Generally its an ok place to go the food is usually good atmosphere is great but they seem to always be out of whatever bagel I want and I highly suggest NEVER go on a holiday. I went for a quick Thanksgiving lunch/coffee. I got there at 12:30 waited a half an hour to get service (just to order) and at 1:15 they were turning away customers that came in well before they actually closed at 2. This place could be good just needs a bit better management.

The coffee here is beyond awful. Ive ordered a vanilla latte on three separate occasions with consistently bad results. Ive tried on several occasions to get them to remake my drink but the quality didnt improve. Ive have had good experiences at other Caribou but I have to say that the coffee across the brand is inconsistent at best. The food is good if they get your order correct. Had multiple incidents of them getting my order wrong too.

Have never had Caribou Coffee before. Paid about $4 for what appeared to be a cup of steamed milk. Ordered a caramel high rise, and they forgot an important ingredient... the ESPRESSO! I dont know if maybe it was just a new employee that messed up, or if their "coffees" just taste like milk :/ Anyhow, will give this place another shot because now Im curious about how their coffee actually tastes.

Dont plan on using any money loaded on card or app to receive points, each and every time I attempt to use the money they have already accepted, the store claims they are unable to use app and then force you to pay again. They offer no apology or ownership. Despite Caribou being my favorite coffee, I will happily use their competitors that actually know how to utilize their own technology.
