This London-type pub has everything youd expect from a pub from that area. In my time Ive frequented pubs in most of the cities in England (Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, etc.) and enjoyed the experience in very single one, however London pubs are different. To call this a British pub disregards the variety of pubs across the length and breadth of Britain, to call it an English pub disregards the hospitality extended to one and all in most cities across that great land so it is with no great surprise that this London-type pub has a bartender, who in the space of twenty short minutes, revealed his racism (banana muncher - toward a coloured British soccer player), bigotry (teague - assuming I was a Catholic because I supported Liverpool) and chauvinism (strike three - to put it in baseball parlance) when my wife disputed the Coke he dispensed as being Diet Coke he remarked "...she should be drinking pints if shes in a pub."; traits all too familiar to me when frequenting pubs in London. Three strikes and we were out of there - never to return!

If youre looking for a place to watch your favourite soccer team, this is the place to be. Ties easily with the British Bulldog for "Best Place to Watch Soccer." Open and airy, with a great kitchen menu and selection of your preferred pint. (They even have Carlsberg on tap for you Premier League fans!) Soccer scarves from all over the world adorn the walls and whimsy quotes from the greats of the Beautiful game, you will find something that makes you feel at home here with your team. Also the home pub of many supporters groups, you will find your fan base here early for breakfast, pint in hand, and sound on to enjoy your team. A preferred hangout of many expats to watch their team and cheer on. Staff is always willing to help out so you can find when your team is around or how to contact the supporters.

I changed my review after my most recent visit. My fiance and I came in around 7ish on a Saturday. We walked in, sat down as it was seat yourself and nobody came to our table to serve us for 17 minutes. I am not joking, I literally set a timer on my phone after a good 5 minutes. A group of 3 and a group of 6 came in at least 10 minutes after us and they were greeted and received drinks while my fiance and I just sat there, hungry, thirsty, and feeling dumb that we came to this place. The servers knew we were there and kept looking at us but refused or declined to come to us for some reason? We thought it was us, but after those two different groups came in and were served immediately, we just got up and left. Wont be returning here.

Beautiful decor and a great place to catch a real soccer vibe! Multiple TVs pretty much everywhere! Three Lions also puts on a lot of baseball, basketball or football games as well. They have large tables at each end on which you can pour your own drinks! 4 spouts with Guiness, Paulander, Carlsberg, and Stella (I think). You can drink and eat on the patio as well. 3 Lions also has a upstairs that is open for the big games to accomodate the large crowds. There are darts and a pool table in the back as well. They serve a lot of traditional English food from Fish & Chips to the delicious Curry! The staff was very kind and pleasant to speak with. This place is awesome!!!

Soccer, songs, and stouts. What could be better?! Add in tasty, classic pub food, plentiful seating (more on this later) & amazing decor and Ill be in attendance frequently! The place is a shrine to all things football and all supporters are welcome (except Man City... Ok, them too). Unfortunately this is no secret, hidden gem style bar. People know and love this place, meaning it is often quite full. Arriving early for matches is very much recommended. Try using the extra time to get to know your fellow supporters!

Hands down best burger in Denver. Easily.. Better than Tag burger bar. Better than Bad Daddys. Better than Burger Fi. Simply the best Ive had (in Colorado). Somehow, they dont even advertise this. The sauce on this burger. I dont even know... Its what I imagine the sauce from the movie Good Burger would have tasted like based on peoples reactions (and yeah i know its a silly movie). The rest of the food here is mediocre. Go to Steubens if you want a good Reuben.

Really glad I stumbled across this place today as I was just walking by. The sign really stood out and made have to check it out. Once inside I was very impressed. Has the feel like a football song will break out any minute! I loved the atmosphere and everything covering the walls. I would love to see this place during a match. The staff was very friendly. I will defiantly be back soon and would recommend to anybody looking for a really nice local pup.

Not a bad joint, and the best neighborhood bar around this area of Colfax, but its always empty when theres not a big soccer game on. Kind of feels like it doesnt live up to its potential. If they cleaned it up a little and marketed themselves to a larger audience, and got better food, it could really be a special place. But for now Ill settle on the really unique Euro beers (London Pride on tap), super cheap food and pool table.

I didnt want to pick five stars, but that is the maximum this website will let me put ;) Adelita and Sophia are the greatest of bartenders, the bald guy too. Really top-notch service. I had a great time and will be going back. I saw the Portland Timbers viciously end FC Dallass season there. Its really a great soccer bar, but they have NFL on too (if youre into that sort of thing.)

Terrible service. I went with a couple of friends and was approached by a server ruthlessly. The place is nice but the waiter was just sickening. He asked us if we had money to pay for the food because he did not work for free... Well, obviously we had money otherwise we would not go to a restaurant to eat. I did not like the service and I will not bother to ever go back.

Cool pub atmosphere but pretty bad food. Three Lions was the first time Ive ever had bland curry. The curry consisted of green potatoes on a bed of white rice, and I used LOTS of salt and pepper. My friend got the shepherds pie, and she reported that it was tasteless also. It was basically lots of mashed potatoes. Id go back for trivia though! Just eat ahead of time.

I won an all inclusive night of food, drinks and futbol through a raffle. Upon arriving with my party and with much excitement for a night out on the town. We was disappointed that it was all a scam. Who was responsible? We will never know as I never got a straight answer from the person handling promotional stuff for this establishment.
