After getting numerous recommendations from neighbors, we decided to try this neighborhood "gem." Unfortunately, it was anything but positive. First, I dont understand the constant insistence by restaurants to change their menus on Sunday for an alternate brunch menu. This restaurant was recommended for its salads and pizzas, none of which were available today. Instead I experienced a menu for which the restaurant does not specialize. The chicken and waffles were greasy and the nachos seemed to have some sort of milky cheese poured out of a microwave. Second, they would not sit our family inside because the seats were reserved for adults, although here was seating away from the bar. Instead, we were sat in the patio, which reeks of gasoline from the nearby gas station. Do not sit outside of at all possible. Granted, I was not afforded an honest assessment of the place because they didnt have their regular menu. But, that is the restaurants fault for luring people to their location based on heir reputation and then serving a subpar alternative.

I love this place! The food is always good, the ingredients taste fresh, and the beer selection is solid, if not outstanding.Plus, as a restaurant veteran myself, I can tell this is a well-run place, with friendly and responsive wait staff, skilled bartenders, and a really cool atmosphere that you wouldnt expect walking up to the place, which is tucked away in an aging strip-mall next to an antiques store. Go for lunch too! They have an awesome pizza + salad special that you can upgrade with a $2 New Belgium draft beer! What else could you want for lunch?

We visited early; 2nd weekend of the soft opening, then again Friday of grand opening weekend. Wonderfully remodeled and a great drink and food menu too. 2 bars with lots of space and options, and a nice patio. Craft beer selections are fantastic, and specialty cocktails delicious: spiked bike and potenza park my favs. Smaller menu, but the selections of salad, sandwich, pizza or starters are all very tasty and well executed. Owner and manager are great too; were glad to have them and their pub in our neighborhood. Look forward to being regulars.

Love this spot! The staff and management/owner are incredibly friendly and nice. They are very accommodating to families with little children. Prices are fair - food is great! If hey say it is spicy, it is! On Fridays (as of late) they have $3 Fat Tires...last Friday that was improved by adding your first beer is free and comes with a free glass. Tuesdays are always busy because kids eat FREE. I am so happy to have a local pub in the area that isnt sketchy. Youll see me here a few times a month.

I drive by Esters every day on the way to work and finally decided to stop in and see why the parking lot is always full. I am sure glad that I did!!! Terrific neighborhood atmosphere and the best wood-fired pizza Ive had in quite some time. This is not your typical pub food - I dont think there is anything fried on the entire menu! Great service from very friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. Dont be put off by a crowded front room - there is a huge back room with plenty of tables.

Great neighborhood pub! Really inventive menu, and the most perfect pizza crust Ive seen in decades. They make their own sausage & crust from scratch, and it shows in the quality. They offer a great selection of beers, and have reasonable prices. Great service, and an involved staff from manager to busser. If I could make one suggestion, it would be that they need to offer chilled glasses for the brews. This is something they could not deliver, and makes a good beer so much better!

Outstanding beer selection. Exquisite food. Diverse menu ingredients in a simple, palatable set of selections. Service was spot on. Setting is perfect for both families in the back dining room area, and for couples, young peeps, and singles in and around the bar area, and patio. Bathrooms clean. Theyre going to need more parking for people who dont live in the hood that just walk over.... This place is nailing it. Seems to be well managed. Theyre executing really well.

I was in a party of 6 for a Sunday brunch. We were able to get seated after only five minutes of waiting, and then we were able to sit down and put in our orders. The food was delicious! I would recommend getting a breakfast pizza for the table. The toppings were delicious and the crust was uniquely crispy. The only problem was once we put in our orders, our waitress disappeared. Also, avoid the blood orange mimosa - it sounds really nice, but its just cloyingly sweet.

Bias a bit since I know owner from days of glory and youth. That said, I have lived in San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, NYC and now Boston as an adult. The vibe, the food, the people - both patrons and those working are grade A. As I would expect the wings are dope, the pizzas are as good as they come for a nice oven one, and all drinks - beer list and cocktails are amazing. Im an out of towner but for all locals - you are lucky! Cheers!

I live 2 blocks from this place and am so glad they are here! The staff is awesome and the patio is adorable. They are so sweet to my 2 year old, always offering her toys, crayons, and other treats. It would be a perfect 5 stars if they had a bit more diversity on their menu and if their gf pizza was good. Finding good gf pizza dough isnt easy, but I make a quick and easy dough at home that is 10x better than their obviously frozen dough.

Killer place. Best draft beer selection in town! Mostly local brews. The food is super tasty, try any of the pizzas and you wont be dissapointed. A step above bar food without being pricey. Nothing deep fried or frozen. All fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is awesome, big TVs everywhere. The staff is incredibly attentive. The owner is super friendly. Will definitely be back here regularly.

Esters is one of our favorite neighborhood spots. My work colleagues and I eat lunch there about once a week. The lunch special is awesome. The whole menu is delicious and you cant go wrong. The people are nice. The prices are fair. They have a room in the back with TVs for watching sports. The beer list is excellent. I love the neighborhood pub feel. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to a search on Google Maps, I found a new favorite place to get pizza! Since it is (kind of) on the way home for the hubby, I phoned in an order for two pizzas. (They offer 12 in. pizzas.) The order was ready when he arrived and he said the place was busy! The pizza was fantastic. We will be back! I saw that they offer brunch. That may be our next visit!

Fast service. Fresh bottomless mimosas, very delicious brunch items. Very popular for NFL games. With a large back area, of course supporting the broncos. If you dont get there early (like any other popular place set up for games) you may not get to see non-local games. However, I noticed they worked as closely as possible with the customer to help with their needs.

I was in town (from Charleston) visiting some friends who had lived in Charleston a few years back. They took us here because the chef has a southern style and lived in Charleston for a while also. He came and talked with us and was very nice. We thought the food was very good and Id certainly go back if we ever are back in Denver (which I hope we are)
