This restaurant has two sections- one section is small, dimly lit, and cave-like with no windows, plastic tables, and trash on the floor. The other section is clean, with windows and attractive wooden furniture. The two sides are separated by a solid wall. The attractive side is always mostly empty, and the waitstaff seats everyone on the dirty side unless they ask to be seated elsewhere. If you want a nice burger and a good view of the mountains just go to Timberline.

Food was mediocre but the real fail was the service. Traveling and dining alone I get the fact that the server gets a lower tip total than a group. However not refilling a drink or even just checking in makes one feel like it is just counter. service. My server as well as all the other servers just walked by a half a dozen times I could never get any eye contact. I am definitely not going to be eating here again while traveling. Which I do a lot of.

This was a good place to eat lunch and kill some time during my four hour layover in Denver International Airport. Service was attentive and very friendly. Views out onto the airport and a few TVs with sports on for distraction. $20 for Mac n Chicken (which was good) and a diet coke was a little steep but other selections seemed a better value. Half a dozen of their beers on tap and a full bar. Located near gate C32.

Got to DIA and wanted a mimosa to celebrate our first vacation in years. The website says that the place opens at 6am, but the unfriendly guy working there informed me that they actually open at 7am. I get the feeling that if the manager or corporate knew that they were altering hours of operations, because they are lazy, it would probably be a big deal.

In their defense they were extremely short staffed ! Good thing we had a 3 hour layover. Food arrived cold and 50% wrong. Chicken tenders rock hard, BBQ sause was too spicy, the Rubens had buddig luncheon meat, fries were soggy and cold. If it wasnt for the wonderful attitude of our waitress Miss it would have been a total bust!

Waitstaff rude, mostly useless. The whole place seems overwhelmed, but its really small and wasnt even busy. $15 microwaved mac n cheese, baja chicken somewhat edible, coleslaw with strait mayo. Multiple drink glasses appeared dirty. Talk to manager... useless, doesnt care, rude. This place is no way like other rock bottom.

The waiter recommended the bourbonzola burger. It was really disappointing, the bourbon glaze was good but it really didnt go well with the gorgonzola cheese. Considering thats all that was on the burger it made it even more apparent. The burger was undercooked.

Got the club with fruit side,to go to. Came quick and Sandwich was tasty. fruit was only red grapes and green apple slices. Grapes were fine, apples were browning and very tart. They need more variety in the fruit side. Overall solid to-go choice.

Appropriately named... The service and food were absolutely rock bottom. Beer was middling. In a time where airport restraunts have become surprisingly good, this was a huge letdown. Fine for a mediocre preflight drink, but nothing more.

Service is great, food is solid but the drinks are super weak. When you order a double and it barely tastes like there is alcohol, then its not good. I sent one drink back and I got it back tasting the same. Other than that, not bad.

Slow service. Added an item to our Bill that we didnt order or have. Wedge salad didnt include tomato or avocado, had to pay extra. The blue cheese was barely edible, the egg rolls were totally bland. Overall not a good experience.

Great selection of sandwiches and burgers. I had the Mac n Chicken which was cheesy with small chunks of grilled chicken - recommended. The in-house brown draft beer was excellent. Service was unexceptional but adequate.

Poor customer service- received nachos without the salsa and no one ever stopped to see if I needed anything as my nachos sat untouched for over 30 min. I finally left without eating as I had a flight to catch.

Managment, give Nanette a raise. Her customer service and incredible attention to detail made me completely forget about the fact you dont serve over easy eggs. Yall better step up. Shes runnin this joint.

Food quick to be brought out but burger was burned on one side. Had to ask for place setting and waited 10-15 mins for check which is ok at any other location but not acceptable to me at an airport.

$11 for 2 measly egg rolls. The salad is more bang for your buck. $13 specialty cocktails. $10 jack. It was ok, but i didnt feel like i got my moneys worth. Service was also pretty slow.

Service by Alex was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Had wings and wedge salad, food was delicious! Plenty of bacon and bleu cheese and almost a whole head of iceberg lettuce. Kudos!
