We came here before a show at the Denver Performing Arts Center. We didnt know it but they even had an optional theater menu for the show. I think this was the best wait staff Ive ever experienced. Our waiter Travis made my adult daughters birthday even more special and he was the best waiter or waitress weve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious. Every steak in our party of 5 was perfectly cooked. We go to upscale steakhouses frequently and 90% of the time someones steak has to be sent back. Not here! And we arent even those fancy type people! The sides were delicious. Our waiter made sure we got a variety of the sides. We went here on a whim because its within walking distance of the theater. They valet parked our car for the entire time we were at the theater. The website made it look very trendy but its a wonderful place for even us 50 some things. :). If youre looking for wonderful food and service, go here, and dont let that its the Four Seasons or in a hotel be intimidating at all! Thank you, Edge Restaurant!!

Sadly, despite the broad acclaim, Edge is simply a big-name hotel restaurant trying to be more than it really can be. We visited for a special occasion (in fact, several at once - Thanksgiving day and two birthdays all on the same day). Despite an almost empty dining room (after denying our reservation request for 30 minutes later because theyd be full...?), service was mediocre to poor. Dirty plates were left on our table for quite some time after each course, our server rarely checked in, food was run by runners and parts of our meal were simply forgotten. The restaurant is nicely decorated but hardly unique or even "warm." The food was good enough, but again there was nothing unique offered and instead of being special, it seemed the house preference was just to douse everything with salt. This is a restaurant where you go to "be seen," but thats it - dont expect to be impressed with your meal and definitely dont look to be "wowed." Not worth the $150+ tab and we certainly wouldnt return.

Week after week of working, kids, bills, cooking etc. my fiance and I needed a night away! when I first booked this reservation I did not know (even after looking at pictures) that it is attached to a hotel. I thought uh oh, been here done that... when I walked in, I took one look at the love of my life and her face said PERFECT. Thats all this guys needs! The staff was so professional and knew everything, There was not a question left un answered. Our server was amazing! Great attitude and always there to get you something. The food!!! WOW! hands down, best steak (hers) and fish (mine) I have ever had! the garnish, the sides, everything was unbelievable! the night couldnt have been better! In the end it was a bit expensive, but there is no price to be put on making your woman happy, and it was worth every penny!!! Thank you EDGE for such a great night in Denver! I am sure to return!!!

The best of the best for unique dishes. My wife and I try to come here at least once a year (Travelzoo deal is awesome) and love all of the new surprises - whether it be the roasted beet salad or the sushi you just never know what new creation will be on the app or dinner menu, but it is always out of this world. The place can get crowded and sometimes you do have to wait a little bit for your courses - but keep in mind that great food takes time to prepare. Be patient - enjoy the ambiance, the wine, the knowledgeable staff and the atmosphere and you wont regret it.

Our server needed to clear on how our food was being served and what was being served. I am allergic to a handful of fruits and nuts, and when I sent my salad back the first time, they brought a salad back with a different fruit I was allergic to; they made a substitution without asking what I would like. Same with dessert - they brought me a substitution I was allergic to, but by that time, I just left it alone and let everyone else around me enjoy the dessert. Ive never encountered so many problems with my allergies.

What a great happy hour!!!! I went for the first time last night and was blown away. Well drinks are $5-which yes I feel like is kinda pricy, but you are at the Four Seasons so its not a bad deal. They have a great selection of happy hour food and it was delicious. The bar and lounge space is huge and very modern which I like. The have high tops and couches that you can sit at. The service was great and their happy hour is from 5-730 and they have a late night one too!

Very mediocre. Probably the most overrated steakhouse in Denver. Really nothing about this place makes it worth the price. Average food, inattentive servers, and a feeble attempt at creating a trendy environment conspire to make Edge a dud. I guess they put it in the 4 Seasons to put it in direct competition to Elways downtown location? But Edge cant hold a candle to Elways. Save yourself the heartache and eat elsewhere, Edge is blah.

I am forever a returning guest! Ive lost count at how many times The Edge has been our go to date night choice! The food is always exceptional but what really keeps us coming back is the top of the line service we get from server Alex!!! He is polite with manners and very personable, has never forgotten one detail or personal story we have shared with him. Highly recommend asking to be sat with him!

Great bar and scene overall! The staff are excellent, Sean Glasser runs an excellent bar and restaurant and makes the experience everything you want and expect from the Four Seasons! The summer pool parties and nightlife experience are great and there is never a shortage of fun, interesting, and exciting people to meet and hang out with!

I live a couple of blocks from Fruition and every meal I have had there has been a delight. The menu changes several times with each season so you cannot ever get tired of what is offered. They also have taken the Farm To Table movement seriously by establishing their own farm from which to source the freshest produce. Reservations...

I really enjoyed the service in the restaurant. All though i was shocked to see the Bar Manager Angela Davis still working after several allegations from her workers that she was stealing from their cash registers at night. Not sure ill ever be having a drink in there bar if thats how things are ran.

the food was overall good but the service wasnt that great. First off, it costs extra to get a refill of orange juice (which is free elsewhere fyi) and she pointed out where the meal ticket was TWICE.. I guess another way to kick out people huh. I wouldnt recommend it and I would not go back.

I recently had dinner with my customer at The Edge restaurant. My experience was outstanding. We experienced excellent service and my steak was cooked to perfection. I am gluten free as well and found the menu quite suitable for my mean. I look forward to returning soon. lee
