This Boston Market needs serious help. They might be giving you food poisoning. Food is NOT at the correct temperature, mostly cool and cold. Had turkey, stuffing, with corn meal. All of the stuff was NOT hot, not even warm. Was cool to cold. Advised manager of this and he offered to heat up the food. How sad, that the customer would be the one to have to let manager know he is serving cold food. Manager was cordial with us, but continued to talk over us instead of listening to our concerns. He went and checked the temperature of the heated water that heats all the food at the serving line, and came back to our table to tell us – we are right, the temperature is 140 degrees instead of the required 150. Pathetic. My wife told him her stuffing was stone cold, and all he offered was to take it to the back and reheat it (microwave I bet). Sad! Hey BOSTON MARKET – your manager & team may need retraining at this store. We had our food prepared and placed on the plate, only to see it sit there for over 2 minutes while the guy at the register prepared 2 plates for an elderly couple that ordered their food at the register instead of waiting in line like the rest of us. Overall, it looks like the staff is confused and needlessly scurrying around versus seamlessly serving the customer hot, fresh food.

I stop by at this location twice or more times a month because its on my way home from work. I usually get a family meal with a tortilla soup. Today I noticed something on the menu saying to get a any side or a bowl of soup for 1.47 with any meal. When I asked to get the special price for my soup the person who was taking the order told me it did not apply to a family meal. I tried to have her understand that the special did not specify if family meals were excluded. If anything it said "ANY MEAL" she called the manager. The manager came to me with a bad attitude and said no it is not for a family meal only for individual meals. Well she refused to give me what I deserved because as a consumer I can argue that the wording did not say it excludes family meals. I know no one cares but why do I feel this is not right.

Bought the "Heat & Serve" Thanksgiving dinner (for 4-6 servings) since we didnt feel like shopping, cooking n cleaning up this year. We thought Boston Market would be perfect but we were dead wrong. The turkey breast had a smoked flavor (hated it!!), the stuffing was sweet tasting (its in the trash), the mashed potatoes were fair and the gravy, well, were struggling to like.. and the apple pie was totally generic. We got two caesar salads on the side which were the best part of the meal. Overall, we give Boston Market a big fat F. We spent $95 and made a huge mistake. We salvaged the turkey for sandwiches with lots of mayo. Sad!!

I wish I could give you no stars. Im sadly extremely disappointed. So I have been to this location Many times. Their usually not the nicest but I love the food. Well yesterday me and a coworker when here because of the convince of the drive thru. Not only was the guy taking the order a complete moron but 4.95 for a half sandwich that tasted like garbage after waiting for 30 min for it. You need to get people working that can comprehend what the menu says. Also someone that listens when you talk as well.

Staff are the nicest people, Problem is the food... I got the New Oven baked chicken strips, with the Cream Spinish, and the red potatoes.... The food was cold to the touch, the potatoes were so over cooked, they had burnt marks and they were shriveled up, couldnt even chew them..... The Spinish was good but the chicken was also over cooked to the point you couldnt bite into one.... Overall the food is not worth the price! Great employees tho!

3 visits, 3 times observing staff cleaning tables, scraping plates and returning to food prep line without washing their hands. 3rd time I complained to the manager and he wasnt very upset about it. Even took our food that the worker bagged without washing her hands and never returned with replacement. Hygiene is more important than cheap food so we wont be back. 3rd time...shame on you!

Sadly there are few of these left in my area. Their mac and cheese is addictive. I swear they lace it with crack. I cant stop eating it. It is that delicious. This location recently installed a drive thru which makes it far better for me as I like to order food on my way to work and this is a far better choice than other, hamburger-based fast food.

Manager Zach was really helpful and informative with my gluten free needs. Their also was a new girl working (her first day) and she was very sweet and friendly. We havent tasted the food yet though weve had it before but they get 5 stars for their great customer service which is sadly lacking most other places nowadays.

Staff is awesome, food is good for Boston Market. The new baked chicken strips they have are NASTY, they are dry and rubbery but the coating is good. Talked to the staff and they said it is either undercooked or over cooked and needs to be fried or larger marinated pieces so they dont dry out.

Great service and the food is fresh, the property is clean. They offer a sort of buffet style bar. Feels like Thanksgiving everytime I dine here. Something about the stuffing and sides that feels like Im treating myself to a holiday. Thanks Santana, your doing a good job.

I hate when you get something to go and you have to thow half it away because its uneatable. Soup was dry and rubbery with no broth. The chicken was a very small peice. Worst part it was the manager that surved this garbage. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Third time this year we have gone into this restaurant to buy turkey dinners only to be told they have none ready and wont have any for at least 30 minutes! The manager of this store should be fired!
