We came down to visit family and decided to go try this place .. we will not be back worst experience ever !!! Started off with a waiter who was clueless about what he was doing.. placed our order and was told upon ordering from waiter that the way we wanted our hamburger to be cooked was not recommended we could not convience our waiter that we actually like our hamburgers well done so one of our guests changed thier plate just so he would not have to spend 5 minutes trying to convience the waiter that is how he wanted it cooked . Once our food was brought to our table it still had to be sent back becaise it was under cooked its was raw.finally get food fixed and it was great but our friend who changed thier plate actually ordered the chicken enchiladas and could not even finish the plate due to the horriable taste .The salsa tasted like the opened a can and just dumped it . The rice was from a box called uncle bens just nasty .. and to top it all off our waiter insulted us and insulted the place he worked at and once he was done with that he also informed us that no one liked him .. needless to say its overpriced food bad wait staff and i strongly recommend no one ever eat at this nasty place spend your money else where seriuosly not worth it

Well, it started out great. It was pretty busy, but the restaurant is big so we got seated right away on their outside patio. Service was above average - just the right amount of "checking in" and "leaving us alone." Beers were very tasty and the nachos were AWESOME. We were very excited to get our food, but were very disappointed when we did. It had most likely been sitting under the heat lamp for about 20 minutes. No part of my Southwest Chix and Shrimp was warm, the cheese had been melted and re-hardened from sitting for so long. My friends chix enchiladas were like rubber and her black beans were so watery. We took two bites, almost gagged, and then sent it back. The manager came out and offered to re-make the food, but the last thing we wanted was another bite of any of their food. Got a free dessert out of it, which was surprisingly delicious. Overall, I give the place a 2 out of 5 stars. Go for beer and appetizers, but definitely dont go hungry.

Its only every so often you go into a place and get blown away. The service here was amazing, the burgers among the best Ive had in the springs - craaaaazy juicy tender. Then there was this amazing beer they offered us that I just HAVE to go back for (that and those crazy good burgers). They had taken chili peppers grown south of here and blended them with a beer they brewed in-house. The result was something you have to try, no description does it justice. I could tell you it tasted like peppers and beer, but you would probably revolt from that description asking "who would want to try that?" You would, thats who. It wasnt hot, just had a gentle bite and surprisingly great flavor. Again, trust me on this one, its something you have to try, dont bother imagining it, you will just mislead yourself.

Stopped by for a margarita after a movie so it was late, close to 11pm. Service wasnt bad but the margarita was so bad i actually returned it. (it didnt have any flavor, tasted like water with a lime.) The beer was good. The food was awful- i ordered a sample platter of the appetizers. VERY ordinary, if not bland. From reading thru the menu it seemed like a place wed wanna visit at a regular time and try some of the delicious sounding foods. But based on the blandness of the appetizer, we said no way. All the sauces were ordinary or flavorless. The honey chipotle sauce however, was good not great. Just NOT a place to go for good food. The homemade chips were def bottom of the barrel that late at night bc they were hard, chewy, and flavorless. very disappointed.

Five of us went to Rock Bottom last night. It was my first time there, but a favorite hangout for two of the group. Not being a beer drinker, I found the experience a bit blah. The menu isnt spectacular. I ended up ordering the Steak and Fries. Good, not great. One person ordered the Mac n Chicken. She liked it and the portion was enough for a meal for two. I would likely go back to catch a quick meal, but it isnt a place I would make any special effort to go to. By the way, my low rating for the service is because our waitress, although attentive, was forgetful and messed up on our order. Also, the place is quite noisy, but she seemed intent on whispering. No one could hear her when she would ask a question.

My husband and I ate there for the first time today. First we tried the beer sampler which is a great idea for first timers, then had the made to order guacamole. Our server accommodated my husbands onion allergy very well. We had custom guacamole and it was really good. For entrees I had fish and chips with apple coleslaw and Cajun remoulade and my husband had stuffed pablano peppers. My entree was very good so I didnt feel the need to use the malt vinegar they provided. My husbands peppers were super hot but he loved them. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was great and the food was amazing. Prices were moderate but we will definitely return.

Not happy. I went in to verify that we could sit outside when the rest of our party arrived because we had our dog with us. I was told "of course" When I returned a half hour later I was told you do not allow dogs to sit outside. That is fine, do what you want - I have no issues with that - but your staff needs to be consistant. The great part is - We had a fabulous lunch else where got great service at another place and our dog was allowed to sit outside with us. Oh - and thank you.. I will not be using Rock Bottom for any future events.

Unhappy hostesses made for a poor beginning to our experience here, it didnt get any better with the long wait for any one to serve us to my meal being brought out and it was incorrect , to the dry nasty chicken pieces thrown on top of a salad. (They seriously looked like what you buy from the grocery store deli, and then left to sit out for hours..) Dont go here if you have any gluten allergies or sensitivities, they are NOT accommodating. With so many local breweries in town, they need to try harder!!

They more than made up for a bit of a rough start. I am extremely impressed! Our server somehow forgot us and we waited about 15 minutes for another server to notice wed been there too long without drinks. She immediately took our drink and food order and made the server who had forgotten us apologize. Then the manager offered to pay for our beer and desert. The beer and food were absolutely excellent, along with service, aside from the start. Well definitely be back.

Were from out of town and have been here twice. Both times they under cooked our burgers and both times we were very specific about not under cooking them. After bringing this to the waiters attention and asking to speak to the manager the coward refused to come talk to me. The waiter was good and still got a decent tip but the manager and cooks suck. Do not go here. Go to kneaded bakery right there in the parking lot. They are the best.
