DISGUSTING!!! I can honestly say that this was the worst dining experience ever and we didnt even have high expectations! We were the only customers there initially on 4th of July. We were starving & thought we would try it. First, we ordered Queso and it came out cold (and gelatinous). A 2nd table had come in and it took me 5 minutes to get the waitresss attention and only after I called for her to come over. She took it back and had it heated up but it was still gelatinous. After the first few tastes, we realized it was ball park nacho cheese!! I have had better at a ball game! The chips were completely stale but we ate them because we had nothing else. Then, we ordered the daily specials (Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Philly Cheese Steak). OMGG--Oh My God Gross--is all I have to say. The buffalo sandwich came out with nothing on it. It was literally two soggy chicken fingers doused in wing sauce. There was no cheese, sauce or anything else. Literally just chicking fingers on a bun and they were soggy. My husband took one bite and wouldnt eat the rest. Once we were able to get the waitresss attention, he said he didnt want anything else and would share my sandwich. Now mine, it looked like they took steak, cheese (probably the same nacho cheese), peppers, and onions and put it all in a blender to make it a mushy baby food texture and slapped it on a roll. I thought maybe it would taste better than it looked. Unfortunately, no--after tasting, realized that they may have also dumped a vat of salt into the blended mixture! It was so salty I couldnt eat it and neither could my husband. The waitress came back and asked us if we wanted a box...I almost laughed out loud! We advised that we didnt and she didnt say a word, just took our plate. The fries were also disgusting and I am wondering if they were even real potatoes. So, basically we had stale tortilla chips and picante sauce for salsa. I wasnt expecting much from a bar & grill but I dont think I would have eaten that if I was falling down drunk and that was the only food that was available. Dumpster diving at McDonalds would have been a better meal. Add to that the lack of service and the short blond girl behind the bar that was wearing slippers and scowling the entire time we were there. The waitress also brought two beers to our table to were meant for the only other table in the whole place. And she looked up at us and realized she was at the wrong table. Completely clueless about everything going on around her. Will never go there again, not even for drinks. It isnt that hard to make decent bar food but this place has no clue or needs to get a better cook. I was seriously sick to my stomach after the little bit I ate and having to pay for it. Having to spend money on food that is not worth putting in my dogs food dish is not fun.

I do not think I will ever go back. Was there almost a week ago for a friends birthday. I was driving so I only wanted one drink. I ordered my drink and told the bartender that I wanted to pay for the drink and did not want at tab. She took forever and I could see she was having trouble with the register., I asked if anything was wrong. I knew I did not have much in my account but surely enough to cover a $5 drink...well #1 she charged me $6 and since I didnt notice I still tipped her and #2 she neglected to tell me she ran my card for $50 to open a tab and since she couldnt close it she charged the drink as a $6 tip...so now I had $56 on my card and no money for gas to get home...let alone food if I were to want it. When I had looked at my account on my phone is how I noticed. She wasnt even going to tell me about it. I tell her and she says "it will come off in 5 days" ...no it needs to come off now!!! So I get the manager... he promises me I will see it reversed in 5 to 10 minutes...well 30 min later it still shows. So he offers me free drinks, but I dont want drinks....flash forward to the next day..still there. I call my bank and they cant see anything that shows as a reversal and I have to wait to see if it goes through before they can remove it. I work on this all day. It is now 6 days later and the $50 is gone but an extra $6 was charged. I am livid. I call and they cant do anything til the morning and the back needs to start a new complaint. Yea...why would I go back...that drink was not work all of this hassle. Wow and not once did I receive any consideration for my inconvenience. I was however asked to be patient because she is new and didnt realize what she was doing...why should I be patient...she refused to even tell me of the error..if I didnt look it would be charged. I am a customer...she should know how to run the cards and if she made an error she should have told someone right away and fixed it. Holly Cow is right....never again

This place seemed awesome in passing in the summer but, overall had a terrible first experience here. First, there was nowhere to sit or even stand for that matter which was extremely inconvenient. It wasnt like there was anywhere to actually dance. I was verbally and sexually harassed by another customer here and that completely ruined my experience. Even after confronting this individual, they did not stop. Bouncer said I could file a complaint but they couldnt really do much besides that and perhaps kick the individual out. There were many nice individuals and I suppose my experience could have just been an anomaly but if this place attracts those types of drunk/belligerent individuals, then I do not want to have anything to do with them. Other than that, bartender was nice and fast but drinks are way too over-priced for the amount you get. He also mistakenly thought he had already returned my card and I had to remind him that no, I left my tab open and wanted my card back, which he found. This place isnt absolutely terrible, but I just would not recommend this place in general (esp for those in their 20s) and would go elsewhere. Also, I would seriously recommend remodeling or restructuring the place so that people can stand and mingle if there are no seats available.

I sure hope this bar still doesnt book bands that cant play! I wont mention the name of the train wreck I had the misfortune of seeing there but heres a tip to whomever books the entertainment: Bands that play for very little or free (especially in Colorado Springs) in all probability are total crap and will hurt your image with their low performance quality. But you say their demo was great and you didnt have time to audition them live? Youd better make the time. It is *very* easy to make a professional demo that sounds/looks NOTHING like what you gonna get live. If budget is an issue, better to book a professional DJ. NEVER, EVER book crap bands! You are who you keep company with.
