Open atmosphere, breezy, and hip...problem is....its filled with pompous pretentious indie patrons who judge you before walking in based on whether or not you rode in on a unicycle with a waxed mustache wearing suspenders. The bartenders -while very attentive- refused to look us in the eye, or even ask how we were enjoying our overpriced beer...but Ill give them this: that barn they raped to create the siding of this place really looked great. Good job. Two stars to the slaughtered barn doors who gave their lives for this egocentric "bar".

Had the Dethbot Wit beer, it was tasty. For lunch we had the Zephyr pizza and it was yum. Staff was friendly. They also have wine and Cider on the menu for those who dont drink beer. I would hit them up again if I was in the area. They however have a pet peeve of mine on their website...they use a gmail address for their listed contact email. Please oh please take the time to create a real email address with your domain name. It takes very little time and looks way more professional. I will totally help you out for the love of beer. :)

Great craft brewery with fantastic ambiance and good solid beer. They have have a nice outdoor seating area. Their indoor section had plenty of floor seating and decent bar to seating. The service was fast, friendly and courteous. The ambience is welcoming and the bar patrons were also very friendly. Seems to be a locals hangout with a mix of tourists as well.

This place is awesome great beer and knowledgeable bar tenders. Will be coming back. This brewery is my favorite brewery. Not just because I can walk to it from my house but because they always have great beer and the bar tenders are great people and I always enjoy stopping in for a beer or two. And as an addition they now have pizza and its amazing.

The bar tender was so nice when we visited. My husband wasnt sure what he wanted, and the guy gave him samples of five different beers so he could make an informed decision. The atmosphere is very laid back. The branding is cool - wood interior and awesome logo. Weve dropped in a few times since our first visit, and its not let us down.

Love the beer. Their Propoganda IPA is the best IPA in town. The pizza is pretty good too. The regular bar lady is not very friendly though. If the beer wasnt so good, I wouldnt return. They have expanded and employed more staff, so dont let that turn you off from going. Good beer. Good food. Good location.

Good beer, great pizza, but just a heads up- they close their kitchen down way before closing time. We were looking for pizza on a Sunday night, said they were open until 8, we got there at ,7:10, ordered beers, then asked to order pizza and she said kitchen was closed down already.

Nice selection of beer - even cask conditioned varieties. You can tell these guys have been brewing for a long time and know what they are doing. Plus they re-purposed a lot of building materials for the tap room, which is both environmentally responsible and looks great.

I generally like Ironbird, but the other day we visited and they closed at 10 on a Friday. I know this is Colorado Springs, but when there are 5 customers trying to come in (and your hours are posted on the door that say youre open until 11) its poor form

Iron Bird is what all small brew pubs should strive to be like. The staff is kind, the beer is awesome, the atmosphere perfect, and the food is delicious; what else could you ask for? Any town would be lucky to have a spot like this in their town.

Great beers! Upbeat atmosphere without any generic social group requirements. listed as a brew pub, however food is provided by Oscars next door. food is good as well a bit pricy for portion size but good. would be better if the owners teamed up.

Small brewery, good beer, eclectic pizza and a few appetizers. No complaints. Its a brewery with a good, limited, food selection. Would say stop by, worst thing happens is you have a good beer and leave. Had a good time.

Nice place, interesting floorplan, good outdoor patio area too. Excellent beer, had the Propaganda IPA and the Slumlord English Pale with their Pizza Fries, which was also really good. Friendly and attentive staff.

Its all right. Pizza not enticing but the beers are good. And you can watch sports. One thing that made me stop going is that their beautiful patio is NOT dog friendly. So of course I go to Cerberus now.
