105w is a cool little brewery with a great selection and helpful staff. They rotate different Belgians, stouts, reds, browns, IPAs and some lighter beers so theres something for everyone. We werent familiar with any of the beers listed but fortunately, they let us go nuts with the samples until we knew just what we wanted. We went on a Saturday afternoon and they only had one food truck there called Streetz. No vegetarian meal options for me however, they served up the best fries Ive ever had EVER! And Ive had my share of fries. But these werent just any fries, no no..they were parmesan truffle fries with garlic aioli and I demand to have them as my last meal. Along with pizza. I dont even remember eating them because at some point I died of overwhelming happiness. My boyfriend had the Cowboy Burger and he said it was good. Hes a burger snob. 105w has indoor and outdoor seating along with a few board games and books for kids and adults who do not realize they are no longer kids such as myself. They also have TVs for sports fans. We will definitely visit 105w whenever we pass through Castle Rock.

Very quaint little brewery here in Castle Rock. The beer is fantastic, and they always have a great variety. Many of thier beers are gluten reduced as well which allows me to enjoy. My favorites are Deez Nuts and Coal Train Porter. They dont have a kitchen, but the regularly have food trucks. During beer releases and special events they get very busy and it can be hard to find a seat so be sure to get there early. They do have outdoor seating and heaters so you can enjoy the view of the rock almost all year round.

I saw this Castle Rock brewerys website today and decided to check it out. Eric told us they werent yet open for business but invited us to hang out and have some beer while they trained for opening this Sunday. The four of us -- all with different beer preferences -- were impressed. No disappointments. The Lemonrye, IPA 1.5, and English Mild were fantastic. A nice taproom and a friendly, enthusiastic group as well. Keep an eye on this brewery!

Wheat 5.8abv American style light Weiss no-cloudy/clove/banana, simply ok ; SsnBIPA 5.2abv 0 hop nose lo malt roast/hop finish, not much here ; IPA 7.1abv decent hop up front lo bitter finish, more like a session beer ; GR = "gluten reduced" = in my experience not better tasting ; dog and kid friendly ; outdoor seating ; impossible to see from the street ; good WiFi ; pricing is not posted be ready for sticker shock ; great service, no-tip policy.

We passed through on a road trip, and being brewery enthusiasts we had to stop in. Had a delicious IPA, and the service was great too! Its a no tip establishment, and any additional tips are donated to a different charity each month, which is posted there. Very cool. Rotating food trucks.. we caught one that did phillies, burgers, and a Cuban, if youre into meat sandwiches. Would definitely return if we were back that way. :)

I went into 105 west to try it out and it turns out the taproom wasnt even open yet but Eric (owner/brewer) was nice enough to let us hang out and try a few beers. The official opening is November 8th and I will definitely be back! The beers are incredible especially the lemon rye and the atmosphere is super chill. Cant wait to go back for the grand opening!!

They officially open this Sunday Nov. 8. Luckily I wondered in and was met with a happy brewer Eric that served me. The Lemonrye was fantastic and a great all day beer. The Coffee Brown was my favorite and the Belgian had some wonderful end notes. With many brews still to come out I am looking forward to them all.

What a great addition for Castle Rock. Great little microbrewery, great beer and great people. I am so impressed and cannot wait to go back. Perfect place to grab a micro and chat with friend. Love the NHL Network on the tube too.

Nice brewery with some really great beers. Everything I tried was amazing, especially the Belgians and the Elder. Has food trucks and a small outdoor area. Will be back if Im in Castle Rock again. Solid staff and service too.

My sister and I love this place!! The service is great and although they do not have a kitchen, they have a food truck that will serve you inside. Great beer, live music (at times), and ALWAYS a good time.
