This is some of the best Mexican food I have ever experienced. The service was great. The food was delicious. We had Enchiladas Suizas, which is a famous dish in Mexico served primarily by a restaurant chain, owned my Carlos Slim, called Sanborns. Its unlike anything we have in the states, sort of a chain of department stores all over the country with a restaurant in every one. The Enchiladas at Provecho reminded us of those at Sanborns. I had tostadas which were simply scrumptious. If I had one suggested change up it would be to add a couple of Colorado microbrews to the beer menu. The Mexican standards just dont do it for me anymore. Really excellent. Give this place a chance.

Superior customer service and friendliness like no other business in town !!! The food is truly authentic and the flavors are just amazing! Just their interactions with customers makes my day. I was so happy to know that theres finally a true Mexican restaurant in town. I can honestly say that this is one of the few restaurants in the US that has authentic Mexican food. The food is hands down by far way superior than any other so-called Mexican food in town. I am a chef and so is my mother, and 10 of my family members that ate at Provecho thought the same thing! I dont know whats better than eating amazing food and talking to Friendly friends that feed your belly and your soul !!!

Wow! Im impressed! Many times, especially here in Colorado Springs, the "critics" are truly clueless when it comes to real, authentic Mexican food. This place is spot on though. From the service to the crafted cocktails this place is a notch above. The staff impresses with their knowledge of the menu and the drinks. The mole is exceptional, on a par with some of the best Ive had. Ive tried several items and each item was worthy of mention. Suffice it to say that I doubt youll get a bad dish here. To improve, the only thing i can think of is to add a variety of enchiladas to the menu. But, Ill keep coming back just for the enchiladas en mole. Highly recommend this place!

4 stars for potential, authentic cooking, and the ambience in the outdoor seating area, which is really nice, esp on the weekend. The management and waitresses are kind but since its a new establishment, have some work to do to get better at customer servicing. I dont mean that they were not good though. For example, I shouldnt have to ask for little things like salt/pepper, utensils, sugar/sweetner, etc to be on the table already. I imagine it was just my luck that day but still happened. All in all, you gotta taste the authentic food from chefs who know how Mexican food should taste like.

Simply put, it was the best steak taco (carne asada taquito) Ive ever had. The steak was so tender and flavorful as were the toppings. The three star rating is because of the slow pace. Our server was friendly but not able to answer basic questions. No tap beer or strawberry margarita. Took a long time to get water, food, and our first portion of chips was ridiculously small considering we had a table of five. Theyd be better off rebranding to a fast casual. Probably wont return despite the deliciousness of the steak tacos because they are a little spendy.

This is fantastic authentic Mexican cuisine. There are no burritos here, but dont worry, in this case, thats a delightful thing. The décor here is modern, yet cultured and leaves you feeling welcome as soon as you enter. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the food is to die for. I highly recommend the Baja Fish Tacos with MahiMahi and an avocado vinaigrette. This place is going to win some Independent magazine awards, Im sure of it. It definitely gets my vote for the best new restaurant in town.

The food was simply amazing! My family and I will not go to another Mexican restaurant in town that is not Provecho! This is real authentic Mexican food with a great variety of dishes and flavors. Don’t expect to find your typical low quality tex-mex food here! No sir! This is the real deal, and a high quality fine Mexican cuisine like no other. Thank you Carole, Jorge, Provecho staff and the entire De La Fuente family for the amazing food and your exceptional customer service and friendliness!!!

This is an incredible restaurant! The ambiance is relaxed and beautiful, with a modern touch. The staff is friendly and attentive. The view of the mountains is breathtaking! The menu is unique, yet familiar... and the food was fresh, fast, and delicious. The owner/chef wanted to make sure my food was delicious, and I was happy to share my delight. This is a great restaurant to go for a casual lunch-date, or a slightly dressier dinner-date. I look forward to trying everything on the menu!

Our server was wonderful, very friendly, very helpful. The guacamole was really good - but expensive for what you got. We were disappointed with our food though and hoped the manager would come by to address the rice that was not cooked - extremely crunchy and the tacos de pollo, that were very dry. We were hoping after the reviews we read that we might have found a great mexican restaurant but we will have to keep looking.

It was just... okay. It took over 10 minutes to even get water because our waitress claimed she didnt know we were seated. We were one of two tables on the patio and the restaurant was not full. The food did not have flavor, simply heat and quite a bit of it. I will not dine here again as there are so many other places to get good mexican food in the Springs.

Just opened. Nice ambiance and presentation. Highest quality and most authentic Mexican food in the Springs. I recommend a Negro Modelo to drink, Posole Estilo de Jalisco and/or the Chicken Mole Enchiladas for a main course, and Flan for dessert. We will definitely return for a casual meal with friends.

Absolutely amazing food. My wife has a tomato allergy and they were the most understanding place Ive been to in town yet, and Ive been here 10 years. The chef even came out to make suggestions. Cozy, yet modern, atmosphere. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent experience! We will return!

Terrible service. In addition to being probably the slowest service Ive ever had anywhere, the waitress didnt listen well and knew very little about the drink or food menu. The food however, was delicious and portions were good for the price.

We went to dinner at Provechos recently and were extremely impressed with the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. Colorado Springs needed a Mexican restaurant like this that serves fresh, authentic, and unique dishes. Highly recommended!!!

Called in for a to go order and they told me they dont take to go orders when theyre "packed". So I ordered the trusted heart of jersulam instead. When I walked by there restaurant there was only 3 tables of people there.

We went for lunch and were very excited to try this. My husband ordered the Tortas de Tinga and I had the Baja Fish tacos. Both were completely flavorless. With water the bill came to over $25. We wont be back.
