Ive been going to chipotle for several years ive been to several and never had any issues . I happen to work near this chipotle and i have had the absolut worst service and this is a on going problem. i talked to the GM Lynn walrath she assured me there wouldnt be another issue so i go back and they skimped me so much on the meat because they were out. threw a quesodilla together didnt cut it and threw it a in a bowl. when i asked them to remake it. i had a staff member respond to me and ask me whats wrong? i explain the situation and he very rudely asks me why i keep coming back? i explain. and he gets in my face clinching his fist ! unbelievable !!! a team member has to restrain him!!! the GM happened to be sittin out there at a table and DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING i couldnt believe this! stay away from this place !

Ive found that the food at chipotle doesnt vary much. What the experience comes down to is the person making your burrito and the service they provide. The girl (we asked her name. I want to say Rowan or something similar) working the counter genuinely embodies this companys values. She answered my questions about the meat knowledgeably, thoroughly, and I shouldnt have to add this - patiently. She made my food like it was hers. No skimping, even distribution, fast. She interacted well with our daughter and made us feel extremely welcome. She should be running the place, but Im sure shell go on to bigger and better things. For now, Ill be going back to this location because of this refreshing employee.

I was in yesterday 10/26 and could not believe the environment. To start, my friend and I ordered our food...with no urgency from the workers. While getting our toppings a huge crash happens of pans which I understand happens but dang...they all laughed and once again no urgency to pick up the mess. The worst part was the unprofessional very loud personal talk about getting drunk at parties. I am pretty young and even I was uncomfortable with the behavior. What really got me was the cursing in front of what seemed like the manager. I normally go here twice a week. That may change.... Totally unprofessional.

Im really disappointed in Chipotle. Used to be a great place to get food and there is no consistency in there product. I basically got a half scoop of chicken and the person behind me got 3 times as much chicken in 1 scoop. Also all the employees looked like they were on drugs so that would explain the crappy customer service and inconsistencies. Not just pot drugs eaither.... I would say go to any other chipotle location. The littleton location is terrible.

This is a great restaurant. It is very easy to get to, it is well designed with a massive bay window in front, and it has great food. Of course, it doesnt have as wide of a food selection as some other restaurants that I have seen in the past, but it holds its own with the quality of the food they produce and the speed of the preparation. Overall, this restaurant is great for those who are on a time limit, and want healthful food as well.

Wonderful happy people here. I walked in and happened to be the only customer at that moment to need help so they all stood at attention staring blankly at me as I walked in. I immediately started joking with them and we laughed the entire time I ordered. They ended up giving me my meal free. Totally Awesome. Never expected that. And Ill certainly come here more often than I already do now.

We picked up about 50 Burritos for a party from Lynn and the crew at this location. Lynn went above and beyond to accommodate our special order make sure we were happy. As always the food was fresh and wonderful and the staff was great to deal with. Thanks for everything! We will be coming back soon.

Its a great place to go they have excellent roller( Im sorry I cant remember her name... but she is a badass).... and if you ask for more food they will do double scoop for you... any negatives about this place are wrong you probably just dont know how to be polite and ask for what you want!

Carlos was very abrasive. We ordered a custom burrito, as we have done a million times at 10 different Chipotle and Carlos would not sell it to us for what it cost, he tried to charge us for a bowl and a burrito when it was a single burrito. Will never eat here again.

If you love getting skimped for your $7.50 burrito this is the place to go. I should not still be hungry after I eat Chipotle, but this one seems to do that to me every time. If you get a bowl itll never be filled up like its supposed to. Go to the one on Dry Creek

Always good food and fast service. Wish it was less expensive so I could frequent there, but if wishes were horses..... Anyway, Ive never had a bad experience here, though it can get very busy during lunch because its a couple blocks from Littleton High School.

Typical Chipotle restaurant with fast service and great fresh food. Only complaint is the physical location makes it somewhat difficult to enter and exit the property as it is located at a very busy intersection with lots of obstacles.

Great service and staff, burritos are nice and big, but the chicken seems poorly trimmed and a little gristly. Good for a quick bite, but if youve got the time and a hankering for a great burrito, go with Illegal Petes.

Good Chipotle. Usually busy, but quick service. Only downfall is the low amount of parking and you have to make a U-Turn if you are coming from the west.
