Came on a Saturday at 1pm, and the doors were locked with employees inside, and no sign on the door. Knocked a few times, employees looked at us, and wouldnt come explain the closure. Went to noodles next door, and in the 40 minutes eating, 7 groups of people attempted the door, all frustrated that there was no sign, yet employees inside. One lady walked around the side, knocking on the windows. Staff looked right at her twice, and ignored her. She then walked to the staff door, at which point an employee finally was forced to come out and explain. The lady left shaking her head. Worst of all, 2 minutes later we see am employee smoking outside, and with a lit cigarette.... WALK BACK INSIDE TO GRAB SOMETHING! Employees and Management have 0 clue how to run this location. Closing early is one thing, but to Ignore elderly customers, forcing them to walk down the row for an explanation as the employee rage marlboros next to the nachos. Real classy, guys.

They lock the doors during business hours for no reason. This is beyond annoying for a regular customer but just recently I think theyve gone under a management change because Ive tried to go around 5 o clock for the past week and 3 of the 4 times I went they had the doors locked and the employees just stare at you from inside. I asked them what was up with locking the doors during business hours and one employee just laughed. Its unreal the lack of customer service. The one time they had the doors unlocked I asked for steak and they said it was contaminated... Id highly recommend staying away from here.

Just came to get two qdoba bowls to go. I asked for double chicken and I confirmed I know I have to pay extra for the same. Still the girl who was assisting me did not put two full scoops and just put like 1.25 scoops. When I said I am paying for two full scoops and I asked for two full scoops, she said she put two scoops. But thats not what she put. She put one full scoop, where she emptied the entire content of the scoop and then for the second scoop, she just emptied half the scoop into the bowl and put the rest of it back in the tray. Not acceptable especially when I am paying for it!!

I work night shifts so if I go out for food I am usually at restaurants right before close and it seems like the staff is always trying to rush me out so they can go home and at most places it can be annoying and the staff can be quite rude in their haste to leave. Here I always get great service though. I was in just 2 nights ago and they were so friendly and pleasant. I was pretty impressed!!

This location sucks. Never once have they gotten my to-go order correct. Service sucks, and they skimp on ingredients just to "complete" an order. Last order was a chicken taco salad, and they thought it was a good idea to push the order out without chicken because, it wasnt done cooking at the time, and not say anything. Joke is on me because I didnt check it in the store.

The Qdoba on University Blvd has the best tasting food! I love the drunken yard bird knockout tacos. The employees that run the line are awesome. The entrées are proportionate, and the meat is juicy. Ive tried other Qdobas around the city, and doesnt come close to this one!!!!

Troy and David catered my daughters wedding reception and they were wonderful. Troy went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted. The food was good, fresh, on time and the guests enjoyed it. The catering service is well-organized and professional. Thank you!

Garbage food, service is terrible, dirty, slow,need all new staff and not respectful off customers i called the manager to complain about the food handler at the counter and she defended him and pretty much said piss off Im calling corporate

Typical Qdoba. Nothing special worth noting. However, it was quite dirty when I went. Trash was overflowing and dirty plates were stacked at least 10 high on the trash can. Staff was not busy at all and were just talking at the register.

This used to be my favorite location, but they have a new crew that cant seem to get it together. The portions they use are significantly less than what Im used to. Theres almost no chicken on my chicken burrito.
