The best Mexican weve had in Colorado. This place is legit. The salsa that is complimentary has a lovely charred flavor and a slow building heat. The chips were fresh and tasty. My husband got the chicken enchiladas and said they were very flavorful. Every bite had layers of flavor because each item that goes into making the dish is well seasoned. The sour cream sauce was so yummy, it could be addictive. He said the mild green chili had more heat than he expected and it was more "hot" than "mild". The rice and refried beans were very simple but cooked to perfection and had great flavor. I had rolled up tacos that are fried, they reminded me of a taquito. I cant remember the name of them but they were really good. I had the Pastor meat which was juicy and had lovely flavor from the pineapple used. Again, the sour cream sauce on these was amazing. My child got a chicken taco which had really good grilled flavored chicken. We enjoyed churros with caramel sauce and sweet and condensed milk, tres leches cake, and coffee afterwards. The desserts were spectacular. The coffee had a hint of cinnamon and was very smooth and not at all bitter. The staff were all welcoming and polite. The service was a bit slower than other Mexican restaurants in the area but I surmise its because everything is made fresh which is SO worth the wait, which was not unreasonable anyway. Also, we found them to be generous with the white crumble cheese (Queso fresco?) as they put it on all of our entrees and refried beans. We will definitely be back. I cant wait to try the chili rellenos which are just done in an egg batter and fried, not covered in a shell or thick batter. This (light egg batter) is how they should be done IMO. They also do a cactus the same way which sounds awesome!

Buen ambiente y excelente comida. Ya lo he recomendado ampliamente a todos mis conocidos. Tienen un gran menú y deben preguntar por platillos que no se encuentran en el. Felicidades y Bendiciones a los que ahí laboran!

Delicious food. I ordered through grubhub. There was a mix up with the driver. Ended up getting my food 2 hours after ordering (through no fault of the restaurant.) However, the owner of the restaurant called when he realized what had happened. They made the food fresh for us and Im relatively sure they did this after hours. It was delicious and with wonderful customer service. Would recommend to anybody and will definitely be eating there again.

The place is weird / part of a gas station. Once you find the right door and come inside you find yourself in a small piece of Mexico City the ambiance, smells and colors are what a true Mexico City family restaurant are like. The food is awesome and there are some unique plates that you must try. Talk to the guy he will walk you through the flavors and suggest a plate based on your likes or go safe and order a carne asada plate.

This place is a great place to have Mexican food! It is a family run business and it is beautiful inside and full of culture. They have tons of options to choose from, as well as wonderful tacos! They have Aguas fresca or your plain soda. Although the location can throw you off at first, it is more than worth it, to take a chance and walk in for a great meal!

Ill start with the negative: I will NEVER order their huavos rancheros again. Its really a sad joke. 4 sm tortillas with a bit of beans, only 2 of which have an egg. NO GREEN CHILLI!!!!!!!!!!!... If I Hadent also ordered their Bfast burrito, I would have never come back. BUT, the brisket bfast burrito was simply huge and excellent. Will return.

I cannot say enough about this hidden gem (within the same building as a Conoco gas station). Supremely helpful, kind, and generous staff helped my buddy and I select some unique items. The stuffed cactus paddle - relleno style was delicious, the fried taco sampler was stuffed with perfectly slow roasted meats, and I couldnt be happier!

Crazy Good Mexican Food!! Dont be deceived by the Conoco Gas station right by the restaurant. This place had some of the best tasting Mexican food we have had. If you live in Denver you must go here. Plus, you can fill your tank up for 2.15 a gallon. Ha! Great food, will be back here again for sure.

Dont be scared by the fact that it is right next door to the gas station. Location may be questionable but the food is wonderful. Trust me when I say that they have the carnitas I have had in the area.

Do not be discouraged that it is by the gas station, yes it is weird. But some of the best tacos and chips and salsa I have had in a long. It is very traditional mexican food, not tex mex. Great prices!!!!

This place is great for small groups and the tacos are awesome. I go to a lot of taco restaurants and usually their carnitas are dry. But at this place they are very moist and have great flavor!

Great place to get mexican food. The salsa and chips are fantastic. Portions are large. I tried the green pork enchaladas and the chicken nachos. The green sauce is a little spicy but great.

Really great cheap/casual Mexican. Dont be fooled by the fact that its in a gas station. Try the Aztec section of the menu if youre bored with the taco/burrito/enchilda same-old.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, wonderful service. This is my new favorite restaurant. Beware, it ruined most other Mexican food for me, everything else seems so bland now.
