Recently went back to Chipotle, especially this location, after the recent scare. Was extremely disappointed by the service by a certain employee. Your competitor offers Guacamole free of charge, and another competitor is comparable yet your franchise still charges for it, which Im ok with until this time. I barely got any. Youre seriously going to charge people $2 (1.80) and not even give a full scoop? Do you need to start using a scale or something? I had to ask to get more and it still didnt add up to a full scoop. The employee, she made sure of it, I seriously feel ripped off that I had to pay extra for 2 spoon fulls of Guac, wtf. Is this something your company is training throughout all your locations? Because if so Im going to stick with your competition and recommend others to do so as well. I was a big fan of yours, fresh and natural ingredients but I can just make my own if Im getting next to nothing, Thanks (for little or nothing)

Oh HELL yes, this is exactly the burrito I wanted! My guy went in and ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl for us around 45 minutes ago, and we order things really specifically, and the dude making the order not only was chill and awesome about listening and making things correctly, but he loaded it up expertly and managed to actually wrap my burrito perfectly (rarely happens) and this is the best damn well-made Chipotle burrito Ive ever had. My guy says the staff were super friendly too. We dont get to get Chipotle too often (its both a dietary and financial cheat/treat for us) so we get really invested in it being awesome, and this store killed it. Will definitely visit again. Ive been eating at Chipotle for years now. This is the first seriously bad experience Ive had with this chain. The beef was so gristly that I threw away several chunks of meat, the black beans were not completely done, and whether it was in the beans (most likely) or the rice, there was a herb leaf (I hope) so large that the remaining pulp became a mass of in-chewable leaf that I had to spit out into my plate.

The rice is undercooked and crunchy, and a constant theme lately at so many of these Chipotle restaurants. I am over this company, and their lack of a corporate phone number to get in touch with someone who can lead the locations as a whole toward better food preparation is absolutely pathetic.

The line was long but the staff managed to get through it quick.. team members were all friendly and had rice without silantro on hand... the beef was a little dry though.. but it wasnt bad enough that I wouldnt go back.. look forward to paying another visit to this location..

$7.76 for a burrito?And additional for guacamole?Lower your price and the amount of filler in the burritos.People look like animals trying to eat them.Like others,black beans under cooked and poor quality steak,but agree they are healthier than others.

While this Chipotle is not terrible by any means, its most certainly my least favorite. The meat in every burrito Ive ordered here is always noticeably overdone. I recommend the one on Broadway over this location.
