After paying for our food yesterday, we decided not to eat it and abandoned two fully wrapped burritos (about $16) at the Englewood Qdoba. It was our first (and last) visit to that location. The store was nothing short of disgusting. Lifeless and disinterested staff, stoves and cooking areas that were riddled with grime, hand-written signs taped to an oven, trashed floors, literally every element of the store that could be wiped down, needed to be wiped down. Food or sauce splatted against a back wall, dirty glass, prep areas, coke machines and of course floors. Worth noting: We were the only customers in the store. When we took our food outside and found a kid that was smoking, coughing and hacking and NOT wearing a uniform then passed us and entered the kitchen through a (street facing) employee door that had been propped open. At that point we decided to opt-out of the predictable case of diarrhea and abandoned our food. But not before taking several pictures of the prep/cooking areas. I would eat at a food truck without blinking an eye. In Tijuana. My sons worked in food services and we know what goes on in a kitchen. In other words, we’re not delicate flowers that expect hospital grade cleanliness. Hand to my heart, I don’t recall ever walking away from food out of fear of becoming sick and grossed-out by the condition of the facilities. We eat at Qdoba no less than two-three times a month…we are genuine fans. Like Ive got nothing better to do than write a review if it werent true.

Store hours on the door say they open at 10:30, showed up about 10:35 and waited 30 minutes for them to open the door, when asked why they were late the employees response was that they " cant serve cold food" unfortunately that is no excuse, if your store hours state that you open at 10:30 food should be ready at 10:30. They should have at least had the courtesy to open the doors and let us know they were running late but they did not.

No food after 7!!! This location stinks, I have gone multiple times and they didnt have ingredients available. This last time I came in at eight. I waited in line for 10 minutes to hear they dont have corn, pico and other ingredients. Why stay open till 10 if ur gonna run out of food at 8? I wont be visiting this lazy ass establishment.

I had a need for an evening snack and this place was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and let us sit inside and eat our food, even after their closing hours. And the food was really good - probably one of the best burritos Ive ever had (I had the queso burrito). I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was just in here and the ladies that were serving are awesome. Both of them are always super friendly and can answer my questions about the food. Both of them always have Smiles on their faces which is always nice cuz Im sure working in the food industry is super hard.

They didnt care about customizing the food. They said it was "pre-made" even though the taco was being made right in front of me. I repeatedly asked to modify what was putting on my taco. When it was done, I said I wanted it re-done, but they refused. I left.

Awesome service! The girl who was helping us out had an excellent attitude even when we came in 15 minutes till closing! She went out of her way to get more queso for us, she was absolutely awesome!! Definitely will be returning to this location in the future!!

Okay for Qdoba standards. On one visit the cashier gave me a free drink, on another the whole staff seemed apathetic. Food was on party for the chain, but there are many other great options within a short drive. For the immediate area, its a decent option.

I couldnt believe they charge over 8 dollars for a quesadilla. Thats just a tortilla and cheese. Sorry but I had to mention this. The staff was confused why I was upset getting something thats the same price as if I ordered it with steak or chicken.

Very mediocre compare to other options nearby. The food quality is average at best, staff can be nice or grumpy; depending on the day. One upside is theyre open until 11pm, which does make it a better option than most fast food places in my opinion.

They gave me half a scoop of meat then when I asked for a little more they charged me more the people where rude and looked like they hated there job worst qudoba I have ever been to and I ordered 3 bouls I almost walked out without the food

I went in on a sunday afternoon. Staff seemed grumpy and it was the smallest wimpy burrito Ive ever had from any Quedoba or Chipotle or Petes... Rice was also a little undercooked. I doubt I will ever go back.

Im here right now. Its 11:38am and their doors are locked, tables up and lights off. Their door says they open at 10:30. Screw this location. Apparently this is normal for this location.

Arrived early nice vibe. and have a good burrito, portion size was very satisfactory. really enjoyed their good tasting food at reasonable rate. Service was fine. Ill go back again.

The lines can get pretty long in peak hours, but the staff is nice and the food is always tasty. Theres indoor and outdoor seating, and the restaurant is clean.
