THIS place is THE Bomb dignity!! There are those "kinda" good Mexican restaurants...and then there are those unforgettable, thank GOD I found this place kind of digs. Well, youll figure this one out quickly and come back for more. You wont find a menu with this many options, and styles of authentic(ish) Mexican food very many other places. I mean...when I ordered the smothered burrito plate, I got huge CHUNKS of pork in my green chili sauce! (It was almost an entree in itself, not just the sauce splashed over my dish! ). Try the Horchata, its delish! and always full, nice glass to enjoy with your meal If youre looking for Tex Mex, go to the Taco Bell down the road, you wont appreciate this restaurant if thats your thing...or maybe....just maybe youll get an eye opener and only go to the Bell at 1:00 am on your way home from the bar from now on. Seriously, it takes waaay more than just a couple of visits to take in the different yummy dishes they have to offer. Ive glanced at the breakfast/brunch menu and Ill need to make the 15 mile trek back to my old neighborhood to try Sunday Brunch sometime! Its busy but honestlyworth the wait. Have a margarita or Cerveza, or Horchata while waiting. The Friday/Saturday night wait times can get a bit long, but its definitely worth it. If your dinner party wont wait, .....saunter down to Big Bills Pizza. Hang out there and have a slice, or a full meal. But make sure you come back. Enjoy!

I dined here for the first time on 08.25.17 with my 95 year old Grandmother...surprisingly because we dine out often and she lives within 5 miles or so. This is truly a 5 star Mexican restaurant and experience. The staff is very friendly and it is apparent exceptional service is their #1 priority. The atmosphere is festive and upbeat with Mexican music playing at the perfect volume. It is busy here and I recommend you call ahead. The food was delicious, havent seen this quality of Mexican food often. There is a large list of salsas with varying heat. The house salsa was my favorite of the ones I tasted and quite spicy. They were happy to and able to accommodate my unique diet (combination of vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian) nicely. At the end of the experience we were brought a complimentary batch of sopapilla strips and honey. The owners son then came to the table and summed it up nicely: "When you come to dine here we want you to feel welcome like you would if you can to our home for dinner." Highest recommendation if you love great Mexican food and exceptional service.

Excellent food, great service. Expect a wait though. They do not take reservations, but they at least do call aheads....take advantage of that or your attitude will be tarnished by the wait. It is worth the wait though. I had just read one of the reviews (negative) that complained about them being too busy to do a birthday song, but I will also say Ive been there before a number of times and usually order the table made guacamole. a few months ago ordered it, and when it came to my table prepared already, I was told they were too busy to table-make it. Kind of lame, especially since I usually order it, and expect them to make it at your table. I might not know otherwise if I hadnt been there before. I wont hold it against them though since the food always makes up for any deficiency. As a suggestion to the manager, I will say that over the last 4 years, the service, although still great, has gone downhill. I still continue to eat there and recommend them highly.

My wife and I have been here several times and it had become our go to Mexican restaurant.. until yesterday. The salsa was extremely hot, which is not the norm.. we could not eat it. We asked for mild and it was like a bland tomato sauce.. no spices. I ordered 2 shredded steak burritos which came out floating in a sea of soupy, watery green chili. My wifes taco salad had no lettuce... didnt see that coming... lots of guac, etc. We spoke to the manager at the register on the way out and asked if there was a new cook... no, he said.. been here 14 years. He asked what the problem was, we described it as above and he simply said the green chili obviously was not stirred before being served, hence the "soup" off the top.. no apology.. just our tough luck. We didnt get into the rest of it as he seemed not to care... must be us, was his attitude!! We may try it again but right now we are very disappointed :(

Wow, my heart broke a little bit today. My old favorite Mexican spot in town has really taken a turn for the worst. I used to frequent this place two to three times a week for their fabulous green chili and great Mexican classics. I ordered a breakfast burrito from Los Dos only to find the contents burnt black, soaked with oil, enough onions to make me cry, watery burnt grape tomatoes, and to top it off a nice side of soggy hash browns that looked like they had been sitting in some fast food frier for days. Even the garnishes of lettuce, tomato, and onion looked less than fresh - the lettuce yellowish and browning. All I can imagine is that the owner after years of hard work and doing well must be vacationing on his pile of cash somewhere in the Bahamas. You are ADVISED! STAY AWAY. This place is a mere shell of what it used to be. Oh.... and dont be surprised if it makes you sick; it did to me.

We are frequent diners at all the Los Dos locations but had stopped going to the Centennial location due to the poor and lack of service. We decided to give it a try again yesterday because it was the closest from where we were coming from out of town from the long weekend. The service was terrible, the staff was rude but the food was good as usual! We waited 20 minutes for our server to even take our order and not even a "sorry for the wait". We almost walked out. I said something to the manager and he acted like he could give a hoot about the service. We will not be back to the Centennial location but will continue to frequent the HR and Littleton locations. If your wanting prompt service or want a friendly staff, this is not the location for you.

I have been here before for birthdays and they usually do amazing birthday celebrations. I took my daughter here today and told them it was her birthday before we sat down. In the end it waiter brought her a dessert and told her Happy birthday. I then asked if they still do the sombrero birthday song and he looked right at me and said "we are to busy". What ever happened to customer service? I have never been told to my face we are to busy to help you celebrate. I found this to be very bad service. I would never tell someone who is going to have a $100 dollar bill I am too busy for you. I didnt see a line as we walked out so no idea what I was told this.
