Ive visited Buffalo Wild Wings on several occasions and it seems everytime I do, I end up being disappointed for one reason or another. For this trip we stopped in because we were going on an evening school field trip and needed dinner before. Thursdays are 60 cent boneless night so that is definitely a plus. With the special running and the Nuggets playing this night, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes just to get a table. Obviously the restaurant was pretty busy and so was our server. He seemed disappointed when nobody ordered a beer, but sitting there with two 10 year olds and heading to a school function, Im sorry for not getting my drink on. After bringing us our soft drinks and taking our order he pretty much neglected the table. We ordered a bunch of boneless wings to share and while I do like their sauces, I noticed the boneless wings seemed smaller than they usually do when one of the other servers brought out our order. As she dropped them off she looked right at us to tell us she would bring by some silverware. After waiting 5 minutes I hunted down silverware and napkins myself which got me the evil eye of our server. Ive been a server before and I understand, but I was not rude about retrieving silverware and hey I wanted to eat. Ive never been wowed by the service here, but this experience was exceptionally poor. Im sure well go back at some point since kids seem to enjoy it and the specials are decent enough to deal with the rest of it. Hopefully one day I can provide a stellar update.

Sadly, today, 10 chickens gave up their wings that went to waste. Why? WHY??? I love the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, but only occassionally, and about 1/2 the time at this location. I had a large order of traditional wings half lemon pepper, half mild buffalo, delivered to me by Door Dash. DoorDash is awesome. This location was not. They delivered my wings in half the time promised. When i opened the first box, the lemon pepper, there was no seasoning on them, except there was maybe a half teaspoon on the bottom. The wings were cold and old. The other half of the order was mild buffalo sauce, none on the box, and whatever little sauce there was, had been completely absorbed, and the wings were cold. When i called the location and spoke directly to the manager, she informed me that this was a DoorDash problem, not theirs. This manager took no ownership of this issue and Refused to make the situation right, but did say she will try to personally check every order that goes out the door. (By the way, they are supposed to do this anyway) No apologies for the very poor quality of this food. Not my problem attitudes like this have made businesses fail. Doordash did everything right. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BRING IN NEW MANAGEMENT.

What a travesty! We went there with a relatively large group (approx 15) at lunch time and the service was well below average. I dont like leaving reviews like this, but we all learn from our shortcomings. 1. There was only one waitress managing our table of 15 at lunch and she was completely overwhelmed. The manager should have stepped in and had somebody help her take the orders, etc. 2. It took 26 minutes for us to get our non alcoholic beverages, yes... I had water! 3. I counted 9 times that the waitress reached over my meal and apologized each time she did it. How about this idea... STOP DOING IT. 4. We are here in our lunch hour, not happy hour... get us in, and get us out! 5. Unfortunately, our waitress was pretty rude. I dont think she is normally this way, I think the cause might have been because she was overwhelmed. 6. I am not a huge fan of BWW but I have to take my hat off, the mango haberno wings were DAMN GOOD. 7. I probably wouldnt go back, but I have a feeling those mango haberno wings may call my name one day. Maybe I will drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the one in Aurora. Two star performance because of my new found friend mango haberno... otherwise ONE STAR for service.

Consistently have issues with my food never being done when i pre order and get there on time. To the point where i showed up late tonight by 8 minutes past my order being done and its still not done yet! 17 minutes after the ready time quoted it was brought to me. I get back to work and theres no bleu cheese for the wings and my blue moon bbq wings have 20% sauce covering them and the rest of the wing is plain and dry. I ordered all drums and it was drums and flats. Just plain awful customer service. How can i keep coming here on my lunch break at work if you take up my whole break making me wait and get my food wrong ontop of it? There was one point where i came here and my order was wrong so many times in a row they gave me a 20 dollar credit, when i tried to use the credit - that time they got my order wrong again and had to re issue me another credit. This place is as bad as they come. You and your entire family should avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings at all costs. I used to eat here 3 to 5 nights a week but now its once a month or less because of bad service and wrong orders.

My boyfriend and I have frequented this Buffalo Wild Wings location numerous times in hopes service will change. Tonight was probably the worst experience weve had there. The floors were disgusting and covered in food and bits of trash. We were sat quickly but it took 20 minutes to get our non-alcoholic drinks. It took another 25 minutes to get our food. Our server was really nowhere to be found and would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. He disappeared toward the end of our meal so we ended up paying at the to-go station. Our server just didnt care. We ordered a Sprite and a Diet Coke....he brought a Sprite and a water. Only half our order came out when we were served and the server blamed the cooks for our order not being on the ticket he made through their computer system. We waited (again) for about 15 minutes for a refill and only brought one of our drinks back. When we talked to the manager she was very apologetic and took $20 off and gave us some coupons for our next visit. She even mentioned she would talk to the server and apologized over and over again.

Very poor service on July 23 at 2 pm. Servers name Jessica. We saw her once to take the order and once to bring the check. No refills etc. 3 of the servers said that he restaurant was out of sweetener and never had any. So we sent the unsweetened tea back and ordered a diet soda. At checkout time they tried to charge us for both drinks. Finally the manager appeared and removed the charge for the soda. She also said that there was plenty of sweetener locked in a cabinet that she would tell the servers about. Locked up sweetener? Must be a theft problem n Colorado of sweetener. Floors were filthy but tables were reasonably clean. Hired help seemed to spend more time talking to each other rather than Assisting paying customers. As the ratings suggest avoid this place. Jessica also said the problem was 3 new managers in a row. They need to try a fourth one that gets out of her office and onto The floor.
