I am very disappointed in this place we are regulars of this place and loved it until this last couple of times. Today we went in and asked for double broccoli and beef and Angus steak which is "1.25" extra it turns out that we paid extra for a small container half full of onions and mushrooms. The broccoli beef only had broccoli in it, no meat. Will not be going back there again. Very disappointed!

I have to say there is zero customer service. Blond lady at drive through literally threw soy sauce in the car, no high, thank you, nothing. We paid extra for the premium steak and when we got home there was literally 4 pieces of steak and 2 mushrooms on angus steak. Tried to call and phone busy all nite. The owner should really be monitoring this and create a consistent environment to enjoy.

If i could give it 0 starts I would. There is a Asia Inn and Heaven Dragon that has better food but most important better Customer Service. Customer service here is Poor! That is why I would give it 1 star. Not coming back here after bad service. Tried to let the GM know but she never called me back about it, also took the Survey but dont care about the free comp.

I havent moved for 20 minutes! This place is really slow every time, like Chronicly. Didnt even get sorry when I came to the window. Its like they ignore the problems. O, and can I get beef with my beef and broccoli, if not can we change the title to broccoli? That would be greaaaaaaaat ;-D Dont get me wrong the staff is nice, but thats only part of the package.

If I could I would give this place a 0!!! HORRIBLE customer service!! Workers messing around! The place was swamped and the workers were just looking at you then they finally came over 5 minutes later. Worker on break was standing right in front of the pop machine texting and didnt move. Again REALLY HORRIBLE customer service.

Screw going here. Food is always old, or they are just out of it. Staff makes you wait for everything or are just plain rude. I just waited for 20 min for food they could have just said they were out of instead of handing me half frozen garbage with no sauce. Worst Chinese "food" in Brighton.

Food and staff are great, not awesome, but passes.... and food is edible unlike Mcdees, which i gotta force down my throat. Could be better, but am not the boss, plus every business is here to make a buck, unlike before... Please, Make America Great Again !

Its really hard to mess up fried rice... They mess up rice. Under-cooked or sat in the warmer for too long. Either way, gave them a few chances but, I wont go back to this location. Its easy enough to stop at another Panda location on the way home.

Food is always fresh and delicious!! Staff has been courteous and helpful every time I go there. The amount of food that they give you is enough for two meals making this place a real bargain. I would recommend this Panda Express to everyone.
