I love five guys, but this location is dirty and has rude employees. The employees are to incompetent to keep the drink dispenser full and if you ask them to fill it the stare at you blankly and go back to work. The dispenser only ever gets filled when Im on my way out the door. They have also screwed up my order several times. Also the manger called me a "Dick" when I asked for my money back on my drink that I never got.

We love Five Guys but this location is not up to the standards of others weve visited. Weve given them 3 chances and now were done. The buns werent fresh and they were bigger than the burger and the order of fries was fine for one person but the usual extra fries that most Five Guys is known for just wasnt there and they were greasy when they arrived. Sorry, we wont be back !

Good burger but the fries were aweful. My wife and I got the left over dregs that remained after serving the lunch crowd. Cups full of little half inch burned fries. Both soda machines had problems : one had no ice, the other wouldnt serve a drink. Im never going back. Ill go to Steak and Shake.

Food is a little pricy, but overall super good! Similar to a fast food restaurant. The speed was fairly quick. The staff were all friendly and one of the girls I nanny even said "He looks really happy" about one of the workers. We got a regular fries and we had a ton left over!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. It seemed like the workers didnt want to be there, they were given me dirty looks and took my order with an attitude. My burger wasnt even made the way I wanted it to be. This location needs better workers. Never coming back again.

Have been to at least 4 different locations, this one has made us sick (waking up in the middle of the night and everyone in the house is violently ill after dinner at this location). I dont think we are going to take a chance on this location again, wanted to warn others.

Five guys is awesome. I get a burger with no but Im a bowl with almost all the fixings. Burgers are always consistently made. The place is always clean. This location has very friendly and fast staff. I come here once per week and have never had a bad experience.

This was a bad experience. My food was not done in the time promised. The workers were just standing around and the cashier was veey rude. He threw my change in my hand and some of it fell. He didnt even say sorry instead he walked away.

French fries not cooked coupled with the traffic in this parking lot and Rt 25 construction, it was a nightmare. Ordered online at 10am and still not ready at 1230pm. Fries are greasy as hell.

Great spot to grab a burger and Fries. They have good alternatives if you have bread or gluten allergies. Stay away if youre allergic to peanuts
