Very affordable, great food, outstanding staff and service to sum everything up. I havent had a chance to go to an Olive Garden for years due to budget constraints. My wife received a gift card for her birthday so we were able to go ($25 gift card).This was my wifes first time here and it couldnt have gone any better. The restaurant was very clean and was kept very clean throughout the entire meal despite the busy lunch hour rush on a saturday. We were immediately greeted and sat down, and the waiter quickly attended to us. Timing was perfect on receiving food and drinks, as well as taking our orders. Our drinks were kept full, and our salad and breadsticks were kept bottomless. We ordered the tour of italy. but there was going to be a delay while they made more Lasagna. This ended up being a good thing because the manager was proactive in coming over to let us know and offer a similar alternative item to the lasagna, which ended up being much better. When the manager found out it was my wifes first time there, she took it upon herself to offer a complimentary desert at the end of everything which topped off a perfect afternoon. We will definitely be going back again and again and we would recommend this Olive Garden to anyone. Another quick note: we ordered one tour of italy and let them know that we were splitting it (in order to stay on the gift card) and they asked no questions nor charged an additional fee for splitting it as some restaurants do. They split the portions up on two different plates for us, and the portions of the single order were enough to fill both of us.

We went in today presenting the Olive Garden staff with a wide variety of challenges and they welcomed us and gave us the best service we have ever gotten. We work for a service dog organization that works with clients with mobility challenges, veterans with PTSD, and teenagers with Autism. We had 11 people total (half with disabilities) and five dogs. They had Harrison and Chris take care of us and they had drinks at our table promptly, our food orders were precisely as we needed them, and accommodated any needs we had. And Harrison even had a hurt foot and was more prompt that I have ever seen. We really want our clients to have positive experiences on their first outings with their dogs, which doesnt always happen at restaurants. Thanks to Harrison and Chris, they made sure they had a positive experience and we cant be more thankful.

I have been underwhelmed by the food at this particular Olive Garden location. However, I kept going back. Until this evening...My father and I had the rudest waitress! My son was screaming, so I had to leave the restaurant before my father. After I left, he said that our waitress threw the check on the table and walked away! She never asked if he needed anything else. I have never had a server who neglected to ask me (the paying customer) whether I wanted any refills, a To-Go box, dessert, coffee, etc. before bringing out the check. And to be rude about it by simply tossing the check on the table? Have some respect. You may not be happy with a particular table, but, your JOB is to serve the patrons at the restaurant in which you are employed.

Mediocre Italian at its finest. Im not sure what theyre up to at Olive Garden, but my parents wanted to go. In other establishments with this kind of price, Ive never felt rushed to get done with dinner and out the door so the place could seat more people. Its a shame, because years ago I really felt like Olive Garden was pretty good, but as with everything in large corporations, cheaper products replacing their originals to make more profit is more important than giving their customers a quality experience. Ive come to the realization that I will no longer eat here based on my own choice when theres so many smaller places doing a better job of securing my money.

I eat here like once a week I fin love it.... it cant be beat! If you dont like it then your opinions cant be trusted and you should not be aloud to review on Google. You should get your device taken away from you, a blind fold put on, and trucked away to a far away corner. Then, stand in that corner with your blindfold on and be forced to eat Casa Bonita food until you relearn your taste buds and understand what crappy food tastes like! Then and only then, you will be slowly introduced back into society as a normal person who knows correctly how to taste!

So my son and i went on a Wednesday nite. Our server was very nice, food was awful! I ordered the chicken scampi, with No onions and red peppers. The angel hair was so over cooked it was in one big clump. So the manager came out and she ended up sending a new entree home. I open it up the next morning and its full of Green and red peppers and onions! The dish doesnt even have green peppers in it. What the heck is going on with Olive Garden these days! Need some better cooks!

Location looks great, experience really bad on 03/27/2017 at 4:30pm restaurant wasnt bussy and after 15 minutes me and my family been seated no server come to us He came at table beside us wich they arrive 10 minutes later than us, poor service beware this is very racist restaurant if you are not white person please dont visit this place you will be discriminated even if you born in USA just with skin color they discriminate you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Im actually sitting here at Olive Garden as I type this. I ordered online and for pick up. 3 other customers walked in after me from a stretch of 15-25 minutes and they got their order before me! 710 was the pick up time. You currently have 5 staff memebers goofing off at the front desk. I understand it gets busy. But wow.

Of the three Olive Gardens we regularly go to we like this one the least. Food is typically the same at all three locations, however the staff at this location consistently disappoint us. This location is very loud during any dinner we have found out, beyond bearable. We try to not have dinner at this location.

Came here on a busy Friday night. Had to wait about 10 mins to be seated. Despite being busy we were serviced very well. Another server stepped in for ours to make sure we were always taken care of. Great teamwork! Both our servers were really nice and knowledgeable and took great care of us.

Wow. Crystal was our waiter and was amazing and extremely helpful. I have never experienced a waiter who cared about getting our order out to us in a timely fashion and was a shining example that customer service still exists. Thank you, we are now Olive Garden customers again!!!!

Disappointing experience. Expensive but low quality. The black tie mousse cake was more brownie than cheese cake. The chicken scampi was a mountain of pasta and minor amounts of peppers and chicken. No interest in going back. Thank goodness the salad was good.

Made reservations for two. had to wait 30 minutes after reservation for them to seat everyone else before us. Not sure if discrimination or what. Even people walked in and got seated right away but will not be returning. Worst customer service ever
