Terrible Service and terrible food. The worker named "Roger" ? Brown hair, 52? Took the order ~ 2 am. I had an early day in the field. The food ordered and paid for was cold and/or hard as a rock. I also wasnt provided a straw for the tea, as well as napkins, and the sauce that I had requested. I drove back through, and very politely asked for my food to be remade fresh, as well as for the straw, napkins, and sauce that I had asked for. .... I handed over the food previously paid for, and received two new bags of food. I parked in the lot and noticed that there were still no straw, sauce or napkins. As well, the extra taco and churro that I had previously ordered, paid for, and handed back, were no longer among the items that were supposed to be remade. I drove straight to the window and explained the situation calmly, but knowingly that I was being ripped off. "Roger" explained that he/she was sorry that the food wasnt fresh... again... and he/she proceeded to make the actual fresh food. "Roger" still didnt provide fresh food and proceeded to engage in violent verbal behavior after I had explained that the rock hard churro, ice cold tacos, and stale fries were unacceptable, as I wasnt content with paying for old food that had been sitting out for who knows however long. "Roger" then proceeded to say... "What do you expect? This is Del taco fast food. Take what you get and f****** leave." This person obviously cant handle their job here (if handle a job anywhere), and absolutely does not serve food for the best of the location. Hopefully this location gets its act together. I used to know this location as the place to go for fresh and hot food every time, though recently this kind of thing has happened the last 2-3 times Ive been there and now I am fed up with the low quality of the food served and especially the unprofessional service.

Went there today after a long day of museum walking. Kids hungry, Im hungry. spent more than usual on Fast food Mexican and was highly disappointed in the quality of food. The fish taco was served in 2 uncooked corn tortillas. The taco had what tasted like ranch dressing on it. My fries were ok could have been cooked a bit longer. my friends ordered burrito tasted funny. They were in the process of remaking just my friends burrito when my daughter was eating her burrito and well she pulled out a chunk of melted plastic the size of a tooth(we didnt ask for them to remake my daughters as she had eaten almost all of hers). Hower the employees behind the counter decided to talk about us in Spanish about how we just want more free food(my friend had 2 bites of her burrito). I guess they thought because we are white that we couldnt understand what they were saying. Guess they were wrong. We asked for a manager(how convenient that there wasnt one there). We wound up getting a partial discount after I let them know in Spanish exactly how I felt about their service. Never going here again. Cooperate will be hearing about those rude employees and terrible service.

Other than McDonalds the only place to grab something to eat late night within a 20 mile radius. Del taco off Arapahoe displays open till 3 AM on Maps however at 2 AM all lights were out. Drove another 5 miles to this location, some kid with reddish hair was the only one running the place. I ordered a taco, tostada and three bean and cheese burritos with green sauce. He handed me the bag tied off at the top when I asked for mild sauce he said he put a bunch in there already. After the 15 mile journey home, regretting that I would have considered driving that far for Dell taco... I pryed open the back only to find absolutely no mild sauce. I didnt notice that I was over charged, The burritos had red sauce not green. The tostada was smashed, and to top it off.. the kid threw The taco on top of everything without a wrapper on it. Highly doubtful Ill be visiting this Del taco again late.Although. I really dont have the time to call the del taco later today and demand a refund, however I am going to make the time, simply due to "principal".. absolutely unacceptable!!

I was been here twice in the last month and both times have been very sick from eating Chicken Tacos. Fun way to spend my work day.......Nauseated, stomach cramps and diarrhea. TMI but unless you want the same Id avoid it. Twice Ive thrown away the 2nd taco after scarfing the first because of some weird taste, like sour cream gone bad. Fries are super bland, cold and not salted. I never ask for ketchup but did today because I recalled from my first order this month how flavorless they were. Oh...the sprite was good.

If you want a good experience, be sure to go before the sun sets and the lesser employees rise from their beds... The service is slow, the fries are cold and unsalted. They only understand HALF of what the words on their menu in fact mean! (My girlfriend tells me to simply state they gave me the wrong order, but..) and their coke is always flat! P.S. They are, however, quick to please a complaining customer... c u next tuesday... Del Taco!

I had to ask for the macho burrito 4 times cause the cashier didnt speak English or was very terrible at listening, got 1 napkin for a burrito that ended up not being the macho burrito 5$ for a burrito I didnt order plus the burrito was barely wrapped and fell apart as soon as I opened the wrapper. Also how hard is it to heat up beans? They were cold, this location has really gone down hill recently.

If you like Taco Bell youll probably like Del Taco even more. I do. Their prices are very reasonable, their food quality is excellent. Their restaurants have a bright cheerful environment and they are quick. They also make excellent strawberry shakes. I dont usually get strawberry shakes because they are usually less than pleasing. Del Taco has it down and I will go their any time.

A one star would be an understatement considering I didnt even eat my food due to the fact that the food was cold, just like it always is(youd think I wouldve learned the first two horrible experiences at this particular place before). Horrible service. These night workers must really hate their lifes, thats all I gotta say. For anyone looking for late night munchies, DO NOT GO HERE.

Dont go through their late night drive thru, they screw up your order. First time I visited, I got a burrito-medium drink combo, he didnt combo the drink and I got charged extra. Second time, I ordered a number 9 and 2 quesadillas, they didnt give me the quesadillas and the guy forgot to give me my drink until I asked. Will not be returning.

I like cheap small tacos so I love Del Taco. Ive been going there for years and will continue to go for years to come. Please do not change anything other than sending me more coupons. Also thanks for always including enough sauce packets per my number of tacos, I require two packets for each hard taco.

Good food, bad quality. I used to always go to Del Taco because it is slightly better than Taco Bell. After my last visit there, I have been sicker than a dog with food poisoning. They need to clean their equipment more and better and use fresh ingredients. My family and I got sick from CHURROS
