Worst experience in my life. I ordered Kung Pao Beef. But the beef tasted like pork. The worse is the meat is deteriorated. First I thought that was bamboo smell. My boy friend and my dad sit next to me, they smelled and confirmed the meat is deteriorated. My dad went to the boss, and told them the meat is bad. The worst part is their staffs and boss thought we are crazy people, and cursed us in Cantonese，（we speak Mandarin, doesnt understand what they said exactly, but sure they said bad words). My dad was so mad and ask them to smell the meat. They refused and said they been doing for many years, its all smell like this. The chef took my food back to kitchen, I think he smelled it, he came back and said, " if you tell me earlier, I will do another one for you. But now its too late." I just want to tell everybody, the food they made is not fresh, will make people sick. Love your body, away from this restaurant!!!! 这家店超级垃圾，拿猪肉当牛肉！我要了宫爆牛肉，男友要了回锅肉，两盘肉味道一样。这还不错厉害的，两盘肉都臭了。开始我以为是宫爆牛肉里竹笋的味道，后来坐在我旁边的老爸都闻到了臭味。实在吃不下去了，去找他们理论。结果被他们当成吃白食的。店员更是拿广东话辱骂，虽然我们听不懂他们具体说了什么，但是从个别词和表情肢体语言可以看的出来，大概是乡巴佬没见识，想吃白食的意思。 （当时我男朋友已经把帐结了）。我爸很生气，要求他们自己闻一下，他们拒绝。我们要打911。这时候厨师把那盘臭肉拿到了厨房，估计自己闻了一下。出来后说，“你们如果早告诉我们服务员，我们可以再重新给你们做一份吗，现在才说，太晚了！”… 各位，这家的饭菜不是正宗中国风味，是美国自助餐口味的。第二，态度极差！最后，肉是臭的！！关爱身体，远离这家餐馆！！

On Sunday, they close at 9. I called at 8:43. Food got to me at 9:00 on the dot. Reasonably priced for one person, I actually expected to pay more. The food was Amazing! Placing my order was easy and quick. Delivery guy was nice. Everything was 100% top notch, blew me away! I ordered sesame chicken and it was cooked to perfection! Every time I have eaten sesame chicken from somewhere else (I Mean EVERY time) there are those few to sometimes many hard, nasty, overcooked pieces that usually have to be spat out. Not in this case at all. Every single piece, even the pea sized ones were a pleasure to enjoy! My special request for my rice was performed perfectly. The rice was so good, there were more egg pieces than usual. That tells me it was just cooked, probably for only my order, I love it! Eggrolls were crisp and awesome! My house orders from here often, and tonight Im here solo and I had it all to myself and this had to be the best its ever been! I would say that um.......99% of Castle Rock service businesses could learn a thing or two or six-hundred from this place, seeing that there are probably 100 service businesses here.

I called to place an order with this restaurant to be delivered. A woman answered the phone to take my order. As I was trying to explain to her what I was wanting she interrupted me to ask if it was delivery because she obviously didnt hear me tell her 3 times that it was delivery. Once I explained to her 4 times that I wanted 2 orders of Kung Pao chicken with no vegetables, she proceeds totell my price. What should have cost me $20.00, it cost me 25. So I politely asked her why it was so much. She tells me that its because I didnt want my vegetables. Now, comeon, me not wanting vegetables is going to cost me 5 extra dollars? Thats a little ridiculous! So as i was trying to get a reason why it was going to be more to have less in my order, she continues to interrupt me. So i asked if I could finish my sentence before I got an answer, and she continued to interrupt me. At that point, I told her that if I couldnt finish what I was trying to say then I was going to hang up. Well, she hung up on me. Never will I recommend this place to anyone!! Just my experience. take as you will

The woman who runs this establishment is beyond rude! My husband and I used to order from her location often. She started making mistakes on the order and when we brought it to her attention she decided to yell and argue with us. Even after that we continued to try to order from her because the food is typically good and we understand that people make mistakes however the woman has now refused to do business with us. I have literally never experienced something like this in my life. She yells at us and often hangs up before my husband or I can get a word in. Shes so awful and unprofessional I wouldnt recommend her restaurant to anyone!!! Since writing this review my husband and I have gotten 8 calls from and unknown number. Where someone is just calling and being quiet. The last call I got they left a voicemail and were speaking to each other in their language. This is unreal and so unprofessional. Im shocked

My boyfriend and I went here two days ago for our first month anniversary. We ordered the crab cheese wontons, orange chicken, veggie lo mien, and I had the eggdrop soup. The food was really good, but the service was rushing us through our meal and seemed to get annoyed at us for trying to take time to eat. It kind of felt like they were trying to kick us out from the moment we ordered, which is strange because it wasnt busy in there at all. Boyfriend didnt have any of the egg drop soup, thank goodness. Ive been experiencing a lot of really painful food poisoning since then. Im glad that he isnt feeling sick, but I;m kind of on the boat that I will never eat egg drop soup ever again. There are plenty of other good places to eat in Castle Rock. Dont go here.

We have lived in Castle Rock for two years now. We have ordered from this place since the summer of 2011. It used to be fresh, fast, and delicious chinese food. Until just this past weekend we ordered and were extremely disappointed. We arent sure of what changes has occurred over the last few months since we ordered last. But whatever has occurred is sure to drive this place out of business. Unfortunately we will never order from here again unless we hear about some new management or upgrade in the food. The food was dry, seemed old, flavorless.. just a complete waste of $75. Never Again!!!!!

Theyre food is absolutely disgusting. We tried to get a family order for 5. They suggested we order a few individual plates because they dont do family trays or buckets like typical Chinese restaurants. We ended up paying 70 dollars for three small orders of chicken, 3 small boxes of "combination fried rice" which they didnt even give us the 3rd box, and 2 egg drop soups. Theyre fried rice was bland with barely anything instead for combination, the chicken inside was chewy with tendons. The egg drop soup had corn inside, wtf? Absolutely disgusting and not worth even 10 dollars.

My family has enjoyed South Garden II for at least the last 10 years. The price value for the food is excellent. I have never been disappointed in their Mongolian Beef or Lemon Chicken! When dining in, the service is always excellent - the family operated business is always exceptionally friendly and prompt. Home delivery has been delivered hot and on-time. If you are looking for an excellent value in American-Chinese cuisine in Castle Rock, this is the ONLY place to go!!

1 star due to lady behind the counter, who refused to read the card machine that was asking for my pin and she kept pressing ok then shoving the receipt at me saying DECLI SEE NO MONEY!! in the end my friend took the card machine and did it herself and wow look see money. Im from Australia and I done 7000miles through the US and she has been down right the rudest person since arriving here, her husband however was lovely. Lady treat your customers with respect
