I brought my daughter for dinner on her birthday yesterday 5/18. Our server Jen was absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond when my older daughter left an index card for school in her menu and gave it back to her. She went through all the menus to find it even after I said I would do it. She had a great attitude and it was simply a pleasure having her as our waitress. While looking for the index card another family was seated next to us. It maybe took her 4 or 5 minutes to get to them to take there drink order (which i dont find an unreasonable amount of time at all). The blonde manager approached the table and apologized for her bad service. Then pulled her aside and started to reprimand her. Not only could we see but could hear the entire thing. It was extremely unprofessional and she was very demeaning towards her. I only rate 3 stars because of Jen. You rocked lady and we definitely would have been back to see you. I was a waitress for a long time and I felt you did not deserve that. However. After seeing how management treats there employees we will not return. The manager was even rude to us when I told her what great service we had!

We are long time Castle Rock residents and have been going to this Red Robin since it opened. Our experience the last three trips (Nov, Dec and then today) has been so poor that we will not return. The service was substandard. Watched our waiter seat new customers and then take their orders while we waited for our drinks to be served. It was happy hour. I specifically asked for the house wine, a red. Our waiter asked what flavor...a cab, merlot or a pinot noir. I said, sure, the pinot. When the check came he had charged us $7.95 per glass for premium wine. I reminded him that I had ordered the house red. He said, "Well, you said you wanted the pinot and we dont have a house pinot." He proceeded to argue with me that he brought me what I asked for. I ASKED for a house red. So, he "compromised" and charged me the premium price for a happy hour wine. I will never go back to Red Robin again. Do these people understand that in this economy...the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT??? Absolutely ridiculous. And the burger wasnt really that good.

This used to be such a great place but the service and the food has been on a downhill slide for almost a year now. The service I received on Saturday was the worst! Between waiting a half hour for our order to be taken, to the beer sitting on the bar for 15 minutes before being brought over and the lackluster food, I will not be back. The restaurant has been out of hard boiled eggs for almost a year. When I was told by the hostess that they had come back, I decided to order the crispy chicken tender salad. They forgot the eggs! The salad looks like it was thrown together from yesterdays trash, the chicken tasted like the fryer grease hadnt been changed in a long time and my wifes burger and fries were cold. When we ordered drink refills, the waitress forgot and we finished the meal with no drinks. I am glad that there is new competition in Castle Rock. The strong will survive and I would love to see something else take over this space!

I had a customer of mine give me a gift card for this place because I had been working late to finish their project. I knew my kids would not behave so we ordered to go. 30 mins passes with us standing in the entry waiting amd waiting. 3 greeters, 2 waiters, 2 bartenders and no managers sat and watched us. After 35 excruciating minutes they asked if we were still waiting. Come to find out our food had been ready and sitting under the hot lamp. I know this because I watched them take it off the plated and dump it into to go containers. Luke warm at best and fly infested to boot. I took it, went to the car and decided I couldnt do it. I returned the food and will never go back. I am not trying to get anything from them, but warn others. I get so little time with my kids during my busy season and this was so terrible I had to share. Thank God for Chik-fila!

Went in to just get a quick dessert with my family last night. Host got the kids balloons, but that was the last positive thing that happened. Took 1/2 hour to get water to our table. Then the Manager came by to check on us and had to take our order 10 minutes later as we were still being ignored. Took 25 minutes to get our desserts. After we had finished the desserts, took another 1/2 hour to get our bill as I had to find the Manager again. We were charged for the wrong items (I had ordered small milkshakes, yet was charged $5 per for the "Monster Milkshakes") but I didnt have the time to wait another hour to get it corrected. Horrible experience. Will not be back.

Despite being a very busy friday night, we were seated promptly (long before the 15 minute estimated wait time). Cody, our server was fantastic. Very enthusiastic, and energetic, he was very fast and accurate, and despite the restaurant being totally packed, we never had to track him down to ask for anything; he always asked if we needed refills etc and frequently checked in on how things were going (but not frequently enough that it became annoyi g). Overall an extremely pleasant experience. My wife and i will be making the drive down from littleton, rather than go to our local red robin.

Im not sure if the Red Robin franchise group forgot about this location, but I figured they either dont care about it or they figure the amount of white people that cant cook will support the restaurant regardless of service and cleanliness. Disgusting odor greets you at the door and when your elbows stick to the table is never a good sign. I love the auction style of service where they hold up an item and yell into the air. If you dont respond oh well, they take it back to the kitchen. This will be our last visit to as their theme song goes, "Dead Robin.... Dumbbbbb."

So five minutes ago. Mediocre burgers, lame staff and way overpriced. Its great if your looking for bottomless steak fries, but it still doesnt justify the crazy prices for burgers that are no better than the fast casual places. I guess if you need table service and cocktails, this is it, but wouldnt you rather go to a sports bar?? The table service your paying for is on par with IHOP or VI, and now they have some ordering tablets mounted on the tables, which gives the lame servers the excuse not to come back and check on table or clear plates.

Worst service ever! 3 times and could not get the burger right. We had a party of 5 and were seated at a 4 top. Charged for a drink we didnt order. No refills. They vacuumed while we were trying to eat. Asked manager to have her stop and he says we have to clean before we leave and it was an hour before close. Waitress did not stop, called us names and rammed the vacuum into my husbands foot. Brought to managers attention and he could care less. Told us to pay our bill and leave, after an hour and a half. We will never return!
