I think that Ms. Marissa Arthur must have been partaking of Colorados No 1 crop when she wrote her totally fake review. El Korita is among the very best. These two sisters owners cook everything as they do at home, from scratch. Yes, it may take a little longer but it is well worth the wait, if not then go to Taco Hell. I have eaten Mexican food all over the United States, and in most of the predominantly Mexican Cities, ie LA, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver, Albuquerque, and Phoenix Arizona and this is one of the best. So please keep it real Ms Marissa.

Such a Fantastic place for authentic Mexican food! I had the taco plate and soft chili relleno. It was very possibly the best Ive had in Colorado and I eat a lot of Mexican food. The deserts were amazing. My favorite was the curros which come with a chocolate sauce that is impressive. Customer service was perfect!!

Was just driving along and saw this little restaurant. Visiting from Nevada was hungry for Mexican Food. The place was quaint and felt very at home. The food and service was excellent! The salsa was one of my favorites anywhere! Will definitely return before trip back to Nevada!

Best tacos Ive had in Colorado no question. Great service, people there are super nice. The chili rellonos are also unreal. This is our main place for restaurants in castle rock. Enjoy.

Worst food in Castle Rock!!! This is not a real Mexican restaurant! I do not understand how this place has any good reviews! Our food was worse than what comes out of a can!
