Let me say something before I "complain". I NEVER write google reviews. This is actually the first google review I have ever written. THIS IS THE WORST SONIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I have given this Sonic several chances to redeem themselves but the quality of service gets worse every time I go here (which I will not be doing again). This really saddens me because Sonic is my favorite fast food place, and these people have ruined it for me. The girl who works the drive thru in the evenings is incompetent. Every time I pull up to order she says "wait one second". "One second" is usually minutes. I would be willing to wait if it was lunch rush, but it is unacceptable to make someone wait when they are one of 2 people in line. When you finally get your order placed you have the pleasure of driving up to see several of the employees either staring at their phones or having a conversation with one another. The 2nd to last time I pulled up I saw three employees staring at their phones and I was made to wait 10+ minutes FOR ONE LARGE SODA. Again, I was the only person in line. I worked in fast food for two years when I was in high school and if I had done these things I would have been fired on the spot. The girl who works the drive thru in the evenings needs to be fired, and the manager needs to be replaced. Period.

Ive had issues at this Sonic before, so much that I had to email corporate, but of course the only thing done was I received an email from Angel, an Ast Mgr who tries to pass himself off as the manager, giving the company line of "we are always striving to train our employees... blah blah blah" I gave them a year and went back today. I ordered 2 Super Sonic Cheeseburgers with mayo and no onions. The guy, Chris by the name, decided it was better to argue with me on the box and get a bunch of attitude. I really wanted those burgers so I still paid and waited. Not 2 minutes afterward my burgers come out and the carhop just throws them in my car. So I called right back, Angel answered. He spouted the same company line, I stopped him and said "thats obviously not true as you guys are having the same problems you have had for more than a year." Angel has a hard time actually communicating it seems, he told me he would let me talk to the General Manager. Then he hung up. Yeah... needless to say at this point this sonic a lost cause. I will not return here. I threw the burgers away also, 2 doubles coming out in less than 2 minutes when they are busy... chances are the burgers were tampered with...

I got home and realized they didnt give me an item that I ordered. I called back to the restaurant and I spoke with a manager. The manager told me they would add my name to a list and the next time I came in I could have the item they didnt give at no charge. I went back tried to redeem my order and was told by one of the cashiers the manager could not find my name in the book. The cashier took my name one more time and went back inside. During this whole time the manager never came out to speak with me personally, the cashier never returned, and no one ever came over the speaker to let us know what was going on. We eventually ended up leaving with out the item that I was told I could get on my next visit. Leaving out paid for food items and the lack of the managers following through on what theyre supposed to do, along with poor customer service I will not be returning to this Sonic. Good customer service goes along way.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.......... If I could give a negative SCORE I would. This Sonic is the worst!!! Horrible customer service and the food is atrocious. I have repeatedly returned to this particular Sonic because my 81 year old grandmother loves Sonic right now, and I hate to deprive her of anything; but this Sonic is out of control. They have the nerve to sell old food, really??? Old food, bad quality and bad customer service makes for a bad situation. The employees working there, (Deena) you are NOT doing me a favor by lending your burger making skills to Sonic, but thank you for showing up today. Mister Ryan Erving, it would be nice to have a way of contacting you personally i.e. email but Deena said nope, there is NO way to get in touch with you if you are not in the store when I so happen to call... (smh) Stay away....... not a trust worthy establishment.....

If I could give it no stars I would. So I get my food through the drive-thru I order. And the car ahead of me is paying and getting its bag of food. See the passenger reach into the bag and eat some fries and check the hamburger out put the hamburger back and the fries driver gives the bag back to the employee. Employee puts the bag on the counter. Employee gives the correct bag of food this time to the car and the car takes off when I pull up employee turns around and tries to give me the same exact bag that I just witnessed two peoples hands all in. When I say something to them they say all Im so sorry sir lets go ahead and remake that for you. I watched them. Ill repeat myself again I watched them move my bag to the side make me wait one minute. And then hand me back the same exact bag. This place should be shut down

Slow service, old food. When we ordered, the person wasnt real friendly, big surprise, its fast food. Then the order took a very long time, which I thought meant maybe I would get fresh chicken strips... Nope. I got a chicken strip dinner. 4 very tiny, over cooked, old and cold strips, Luke warm tots, and a small, cold onion ring. The bread was okay. And the gravy was hot, ironically. The car hop was nice, and I feel bad saying it, but they should probably train their staff better. First trip out he gave us our food, no drinks, and took our card. Then he gave us our card and receipt. Still no drinks. 10 minutes later, we are done with our food, still no drinks. We pushed the car hop button again and finally our drinks were brought out. Very poor sonic all around.

They charged me for someone elses order, then they said they canceled the last charge and swiped my card again, never received a credit for the first charge, and about 6 months ago, from this very Sonic, my bank called me and said there were what looked like fraudulent activity on my card, that I used at this sonic just the night before. I thought the best and thought I would give them my business one more time. This is one Sonic Drive-In I will not go back to, and would only encourage you the consumer to be very Buyer Beware of the activity at this establishment. Especially if you use a debit or credit card there. If it was possible to give negative scores here it would be a very high number.
