This location was always my go-to, but since its revamp it hasnt been the same. Tonight, no one in line, we stood at the register and waited to order while all the teenagers laughed and played behind the counter. Once we ordered and sat down the food came out quick, but my order was entirely wrong so we sent it back. About 10 minutes later my order came back out, but was missing the chicken that was supposed to come with it. My husband took it back, again, and after another 10 minutes or so finally came back with chicken on top, with the rest of the dish cold from sitting out waiting on the chicken. This whole time we had never received any utensils and there werent any available at the drink area. The food was pretty blan, but they didnt have anything to season it with, they couldnt find any salt so about half of my order was left for the trash. This may have just been an off night, but no one seemed to be organized or paying any attention to anything. I think we were there for about 45 minutes, mostly waiting on correcting my order. I usually dont complain, but since google popped up on my phone and asked for a review while I was waiting, twice, for my order to be corrected, I figured Id pass my time by giving feedback. Hope it was just an off night.

Did a to go order today. I waited a long time 4 people after me received their food before I did I am ok with that for the most part. Ordered 2 Med salads with parm chicken with some potstickers. Drove home 20 miles to find one salad is much different than the other. Missing olives and noodles. The other mission olives. One was much smaller than the other. I tried to call and let them know about this issue but no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. Very disappointing.

The Parker location near Home Depot is always disgustingly dirty. All the tables had not been cleaned, dirty dishes on every surface, even on the patio. After we had someone clean a table so we could sit, employees stood around the kitchen talking, leaning against counters. The floor is always dirty, like they only clean once a day. The soda machine is dirty and the trash overflowing. I wont be returning to this location any time soon, even for takeout.

Meals usually decent, but place is always filthy. Floors especially always very bad, and tables rarely cleaned. Its a sty. Clean it up, and would be a decent place. Again, like the overall quality of the food that normally comes out though. (Have to wonder what condition the kitchen etc looks like, if they let it continually get this bad out here).

The food is really good and typically you get your food really quick. Generally the employees are friendly. The past couple of times I have been in, there have been mistakes to my order, even when it is pretty simple. Otherwise this is a great place to go if you want a quick meal and you like pasta

Have to say that I generally really like this chain, however this one is really sub-par. I always have the same thing but the forgot the chicken the last 2 out of 3 times - of course I was charged for it. This may be a management issue but I would stay away from this location.

I rarely get what I order and dont notice till I get home. Got chicken in my spaghetti once and I could smell how rotten it was before I even opened the container. I almost got sick from the smell and I could not eat my food. The noodles are also often times way over cooked.

GROSS silverware has dried food stuck to it, covered with film, looks like they set it out after a brief rinse. And I mean ALL the silverware was like that. Reported to staff, who did nothing & it was still like that 30 minutes later.

Horrible!! This place has gone completely downhill, the mac & cheese was dried out noodles topped with a sprinkling of cheddar and the egg noodles with the stroganoff were chewy and disgusting.

Was a OK fast food meal. Wife felt that her sauce could have been better. Really couldnt call it a sauce. My meal was OK hardly any meat.
