This has been one of our favorite places to eat over the last few years but not so much now. My family and I stopped in on 1-15-17 @ 11:45am for lunch after a few months of not eating here. The cashier was nice and we ordered our usual, 2 chicken burgers, 2 truffle fries, 1 little lark kids meal, 1 little chicken kids meal & 2 drinks. Grand total was $42. After 10 minutes our food arrived. The kid meals were fine, no complaints there, but our chicken burgers were sad & our fries were cold. Our chicken burgers came out with HALF the portion of chicken it once came with and was essentially a lettuce, tomato & cilantro sandwich with a small amount of nearly undetectable chicken & a squirt of sauce in it. To add insult to injury, the small amount of chicken we did get was room temp and dry. This place used to be great and worth the price to us, but not with the new portion changes and cold food.

We love Larkburger! The truffle burger and truffle fries have such amazing flavor. I also love that you can get your burger cooked medium. A lot of places wont serve meat any less than charred to death. I wish theyd just put a cheeseburger on the menu because I always forget to add cheese but really, thats my mistake not theirs. I LOVE that theyre an eco friendly establishment and minimize waste. However, eating on the patio with even a slight breeze with young children is not enjoyable. I wish they provided some kind of plate when dining in. Serving toddlers on napkins isnt an easy task, even indoors with no breeze. Its messy and frustrating. Sometimes we avoid going here with our children because of that.

I really want to like it here but they are making it difficult. Food - Consistently excellent Service - Consistently poor Never an issue with the food. Always an issue with the service whether on the weekend or during the week. Food seems to take forever to come out of the kitchen and only at this location. I am ordering a basic burger and fries - nothing complicated. Staff at the front counter is pleasant and helpful but the kitchen needs some work. Strip mall parking with narrow stalls. Inside is on the small side and not the best for groups.

I am very disappointed in this place. The mixed up my order in the computer even though he repeated it back to me. And no where on my ticket did it say gluten free bun, even though I asked for GF buns for both buns. So I get halfway through my sandwich and check the order and now Ive been glutened! Which means I will have a headache and bloating and be miserable tomorrow. For a place that states they are gluten friendly, they are not. Not happy!

Best tasting burgers around. As someone who does not eat beef, their mushroom and tuna burgers are a real treat. Unique truffle & parmesan fries are amazing. We also appreciate their commitment to the earth, through well-identified compost and recycling bins, with very minimal materials that go to the landfill. Great taste and great company, with their core values on display, and attentive service with a smile!

This used to be my all time favorite burger joint. Unfortunately it has steadily gone down hill. I miss the old larkburger!! Please bring back the greatness. Now its just mediocre at best. Mostly Dry burgers that cant seem to be cooked to the right temp and cross your fingers if you hope to get your order completed the way you wanted it. Staff doesnt seem to care about anything but their next smoke break.

This place used to be good, but over the last year or two the quality has gone downhill. The fries are often cooked in oil that is too old, resulting in a burnt taste. The chicken doesnt seem to be cooked fresh (it comes out lukewarm and dry), with no quality control on the toppings (who wants a pile of cilantro stems?) Management need to step in and turn the quality around.

The burgers here are just "okay." Most of the time the burgers come out well-done, and theres a high likelihood that the staff has gotten your order wrong. If your order comes out cooked correctly, its not a bad choice. The fries are okay, but sometimes have a burnt taste to them. Still, theres a serious lack of attention to detail at this location.

Food is always slightly above average. Not sure if all Larkburgers take over 15 min for a meal but this one is quite slow. Nice staff and always friendly, love the celiac friendly menu and we have never had a cross contamination issue. Just need to be quicker. Oh.... Should never run out fries no matter how busy the dinner rush gets.

Burger is ok. Both times I went there they took 25+ min to prepare a burger order. First time fres were good. That is the reason I went there second time. But it was salty to the extend I could not eat. Need to improve consistency and speed of kitchen Lady in the front need to show that she is happy to be there

While the food is good it can be overly greasy at this location and here it always takes an ungodly amount of time to get your food. Even when theres only one person ahead of you. I dont understand how or why it takes at least 15 minutes to retreive your food when at other locations its quicker and better.

Burger wasnt done (red in the middle on "well done" order) , so we had them re-cook it. Comes back and the first bite has a big hair in it. Should have headed back when we walked in the door and the kid at the counter gave an elderly man the bus rag to clean a table to eat at. we wont be back.

Absolutely awesome. I went in today and they were understaffed but still got my food out in a timely manner. To the employees, Im sorry for those extra rude customers acting like there wasnt only two of you in there serving and cooking for the whole restaurant, full of people.

For a fast food burger this place hits the spot. Great choices, the food tastes fresh and it isnt too greasy like other burger places. Loved the fries as well, good choices other than covered in salt fries. More expensive than Burger King or McDonalds but worth the price.

Ok food but you can go to a nice restaurant for these prices! Everything is purchased separately, so cheese, bacon, fries and a drink make a meal 12.50. The burgers are only 1/3 pound. So if you feel like donating your money for average food, visit Larkburger.

I usually tell people that Larkburger is gourmet burgers at fast food prices and speed! Great place to sit outside and have the sun warm your face. The bunnies are hopping around in the distance. Tried the gluten free bun, it was good extra $2

I am not a hamburger fan, but I do like their Tuna Berger. Its a very nice ahi tuna steak that would cost twice as much at a good seafood restaurant, served on a bun with a wasabi sauce that is perfect for tuna. This is what keeps me coming back.

Its not as cheap as other fast food places but the quality is also better. I asked for a medium cooked burger and thats exactly what I got. The burger and the fries were good and so was the WiFi(for a fast food place of course).
