I went here on Sunday and it was the worst service I have ever had. It took several minutes before anyone greeted us at the front. Once there, we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait for four people even though there was a clean table within view and no one ahead of us in line. We chose to sit outside instead because there was no wait. We sat next to an unbussed table in the beginning. It took about 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink orders. We then proceeded to wait between 15-25 minutes for each interaction with our waiter. The entire time we continued to sit next to an unbussed table and we were the for close to two hours. The others I was with proceeded to eat the fries from that table without being noticed or stopped, which is a huge issue. We even had the plate on our table at one point without being noticed, even though our waiter did come to the table during that time. One of our friends had the wrong side come with his burger. My husband had the wrong beer provided to him. But it was impossible to get the drink fixed because the waiter never came back. We had to go inside and ask for the check and then we had to go back inside to have our cards charged. We very easily could have walked off without paying and I dont think anyone would have ever noticed. We also saw that a similar issue was occurring inside with tables not being bussed. People were walking by and choosing different restaurants when they saw the number of unbussed tables outside. I had heard great things about this place and was very excited to go there. I will never go back after this terrible experience. I dont know if they were short handed or something, but the service was completely unacceptable. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Let me just start off by saying I came and I saw and I defeated the BIG BAD WOLF CHALLENGE. This thing was huge weighing in at 4lbs of all your favorite juicy versions of Mr. Pig. pull pork, sliced fat ham, peppered caramelized bacon, and topped with onion strings and a Fat WHOPPER OF A BURGER! (I am the 2nd Person to beat the BBW challenge at the Blake location) The atmosphere is cool and upbeat friendly people. The staff are quick to answer questions and help you with your orders. Their staff cooks and customer service was on point, and they really seemed like they had it together. The overall experience was great, and the food came out fast and hot. I recommend the Blake St. Crave location to all friends and co-workers. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks~

Meh. Starting with the bun, not good. Falls apart when eating. Burger patty was small. Fries - looked and tasted frozen. I got my fries smothered in green chili, Im adding it to my list of places in Denver which dont have a real authentic green chili. I hardly ever dont clean up a plate of fries, but I left 80% of them on the plate. Malt was so-so. Could hardly taste the malt and everything was based on vanilla ice cream (so if you order chocolate, you get herseys). Malt and shake size was small as well. Overall, Just ok. Id rather spend $5 more dollars and get a burger from Teds. Probably wont be back.

Used to be one of my favorite spots. But with my last few visits they have been consistently understaffed. Most recently our server Carlos forgot an item on our ticket, told us he would bring it out and then forgot that we were still waiting. After spending 2 hours in the restaurant , we had a train to catch and on asking for the check he had forgot again. My honest review - avoid peak hours unless you wanna spend 2-3hours for a burger

First time in Denver happened to stumble upon it just walking around looking for somewhere to eat. Best-in-class service (credit to our waiter, Dustin). I can also see why they have so many awards for the best burgers in Colorado. The fried pickles were awesome! I had the New Mexico Burger and my girlfriend had the Luther (on donut buns). They have specials for home games for the Avalanche, Rockies, and Broncos.

My family and i went to this location and we tried to sit outside and the table were gross. We sat for a couple minutes and when the server did finally come out she brought napkins (for coasters), but forgot the menus. She left to get them and came out around 5 minutes later when we finally decided to go to the place across the street where we were seated and had menus in less than 5 minutes.

This place rocks! Friendly staff and sweet space. Great burger options and the shake menu is crazy! The staff was friendly and the happy hour (3-6pm) was a good deal. The burgers are well priced ($9-$13) for the quality. Perfect medium well, and flavor was on point! Definitely the best burger joint Ive been to in Colorado. Crave is now my go to burger joint in Denver!

I loved the Castle Rock location but downtown needs work. Service was terrible, would have ordered more drinks but server disappeared for 45 minutes. Restaurant was almost empty so it wasnt because he was busy. The burger had an Avocado that was grey, lettuce was the end, and tomato was green. Servers look very sloppy and dirty. Not ideal when serving food.

I loved this burger place when I tried it in Highlands Ranch and I was thrilled to learn they were coming downtown. I love the quality of the burgers, the presentation, especially on the bunless options and the awesome sweet potato fries. I catch myself craving a "wise guy" burger! My favorite burger place in all of Denver and Ive tried many!

We were traveling from out of town and this place was locally recommended. Hands down the best burger joint I have experienced! Food was great and our server had exceptional customer service. If were ever back in Denver we will definitely be coming back! **If you love donuts try the "Luther" burger out, you wont regret it!

Good, not great. The burgers are almost too big to eat without a fork and knife, which is a complaint because it ruins the eating experience for me. Service was ok, but when we went several burgers for sent back from tables around us because they were undercooked or overcooked. The fried pickles are awesome though!

Their fries are to die for. Really good and large portions. And the burgers? Amazing. While they have so many creative burger options, the staff is friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile to help customize the perfect burger for you. Prepare to take half home, because burger plus fries is a lot of food.

The food is great. Service not so much. I ordered an appetizer and it came out after my burgers did. Paid with a gift card and accidentally left it there, when we came back to get it right after, no one seems to know where it went. And were from out of town. I hope you use our gift card for good!
