last night it took over 45 minutes to get my food out to me Outer patrons that got there 5 minutes after me got there food before me. When I took my receipt which they took it from me (and did not give back) up to the counter they told me that they did not even send it back to the kitchen to make the order. They said that my order will be our as soon as they can get out and not even a sorry about the mistake .It was like I was not wanted in the Restaurant!!!! Guessing my money was there to take with no give back. Finally got the food and it was hard as a rock! In the past I have been in this establishment and have had great service. But if your service continues to decline I will not be back. A friend of mine was with me and when he ordered he told them no mayonnaise they still had to take it back and re do the order it had mayonnaise and when he got the food it looked like spit on the burger and was colder than a cast iron commode.

Used to love this location. There was a really friendly drive thru attendant but hes gone. I hope he moved on to better things cause this place isnt the same without him. Weve been waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru, staring at a cashier whos goofing off with 2 other employees. While I was typing the first sentence, my husband saw someone pick something off of a burger with his hands and put the bun back on. I really hope it isnt ours!

This place rocks, not only does their food taste wonderful its super convenient too. There is a walk up area where you can take your dogs to the window with you, if you are lucky they will ge a treat too. The Bacon cheeseburger is super good and the french fries are just as good, make sure and get their recommended fries, they are the best. The staff was very friendly and this is right across the street from our hotel.

Food was decent enough, but service (or maybe more so the organization needed help). For example, forgetting items or making dine-in orders to-go). I prefer Culvers and Smash Burger to this place, especially since the prices were about equal. Id return though if hungry and in the neighborhood. Maybe I just went on an off night.

We had a great time at Good Times we all had tge California burger and custard for dessert. Everything was great like always. The staff was very. nice and brought our food right. Great bunch of kids working there now

This location is very clean and the service is fast. One of the few Good Times locations that has an indoor dining area. Also, lots of cute pictures of dogs and their "pawbenders" on the walls.

When this location was originally built. It haf not inside place to eat. It was drive through only. So, i was surprised when i could dine in. It was great.

These people put a screw (yes a screw that you drill into the wall) in my drink and when I complained they said theres nothing they could do about it.
