I like Smashburger, but this particular location (104th near federal) is the worst. Ive been there a few times, and will make the drive to the next smash burger over next time. The employee last night didnt acknowledge us when we walked in for 5 full minutes. I tried talking to him and was ignored. Once he got done taking out the trash he came to take our order, and continued to be rude by interrupting us at every turn with his sarcastic and condescending comments. He decided my name was customer 1, ie: "What does customer 1 want?" (My wifes name for the evening was "Customer 2"). To top it all off they screwed up the order (even though he insisted on listing the ingredients after every item we ordered) and he came by our table while we were eating not to ask how everything was, but to snatch the customer survey from it so we couldnt fill it out. Hopefully the franchise owner cleans house and gets a new employee, but they cant expect to see me back again.

Had a very poor experience here tonight. Placed a pick up order and went to pick it up. Had to wait in line 15 mins and my food and milk shakes had been sitting out the entire time. So I went to the other regieter and tried to pay before my food and shakes got nasty. Lady was super rude and tried to embarras me in front of an entire line of ppl by announcing I cut them. Yes this woman worked behind the register. She then said Id have to get back in line losing the spot I wud of had if I didnt move to the new register. By the time I got home burgers were ice cold and shakes were nasty. Safe to say Ill never be back to this location due to the terrible rude service. Btw there is a sign above the register I switched to that days "pick up here" which is y I figured Id b fine to pay there. Wats the point of a pick up order if ny food is ice cold by the time I get back and I have to wait behind ppl who r odering.

I called my order in because ever time Ive ever gone, I waited for a long time. There was 1 girl working the register and another girl standing and waiting for food to be delivered to tables. The girl taking orders was overwhelmed and was offered no assistance. She had to stop taking orders (with a line that was growing) to make milkshakes The other girl could have stepped in to help with at least the milkshakes I had a coupon for $4 off an order of $12 or more. My order was $11.78 before tax, but after tax it was over $12. I have used this coupon before with the same order with no problems. I had to purchase something that would have been a few more dollars to make it to the $12 mark. The food was made, and ready for me to take, but she wouldnt honor the coupon. I was quite disappointed at my overall experience and left without my food.

This used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants, so I decided to stop in, and I dont know what happened to this place, but it was probably the most disgusting burger I have ever had. I got my order to go, so I can understand if the buns or something had gone a little cold by the time I got to my house (which isnt a far drive at all), but there is no reason for the middle of the burger to be distinctly cold, and the cheese hadnt even been fully melted, and everything was greasy. It was gross food that was tasteless. Honestly, McDonalds has more flavorful food with less grease. I got an order of fries and fried pickles, which was a mistake because there was pooled grease on the bottom of both containers that was starting to soften and leak through the cardboard. I ate half of my meal, realized how nasty it was, and trashed it. No thanks.

Smashburger is one of mine, and my significant others favorite fast food places to eat. This one, however, always has terrible service, and cold food. This last time we made a quick run to get a couple of shakes. Over an hour before close, they refused to make the shakes because the dishes were dirty.... Im assuming at some point in time they have to wash them... Because Ive worked in the service industry for 9 years, I know that sometimes things are off, staff is new, someone had a bad day. But this is really consistent for this location. And to flat out refuse to make something because the dishes are dirty? Seriously guys. Its not like we were those jerks who came in less than a half hour before you closed. The other locations are a little further away, and thats where Ill be going from now on.

I went to Smashburger because of their coupon. Im not very fond of burgers that arent juicy, which is what you get when you order a smashed piece of meat. The burger meat is not flavorful so Smashburger is not my first choice for lunch/dinner. The staff was really young and didnt really seem to know what they were doing. My order was somehow mixed in with the person who came after me, thankfully, he questioned why he had more than the one burger he had ordered, so a huge mixup was avoided and I was able to get my order without having to sit and wait any longer. I would not come to this place unless I was getting a good deal. The prices are not worth the food. If I come here again, though Im getting the chicken.

Placed an order online for myself and some co-workers, online ordering was super easy. When we got our food EVERY burger was made wrong. Odered with NO ONIONS and got onions. Ordered with NO LETTUCE and ADD ONIONS got lettuce and no onions. Ordred ranch for the fries, got PLENTY of ketchup but no ranch. The funny thing is each order had the slip attached to the bag with the order printed on it, how did they manage to print the slip and make the right sandwitch but miss 100% of the special instructions?????? I did call and speak to a manager, she advised that I would receive "free burger" coupons in the mail, if and when I receive the coupons will dictate if I ever order from this SmashBurger again.

Food is OK when they get it right. Looking for a job here good luck they bring you in for an interview then have you call for the second one. You sit on hold forever to get hung up on. then 3 months later they send you a email With date and time to come in for an interview. You email the gm of this store through the email they give you and she trys saying that the computer done it on its own that the spot has been filed. Why would the company allow the computer to set up interviews with 3 month old application if the store wasnt needing help.

Ordered food online when I got there they said its be 10 more minutes, so I paid for it, got my drinks and sat down to wait. 30 minutes later the manager tells me theyre out of Turkey. I ask for a refund and he cant do it because I paid online. So this place literally stole 25 dollars from me and wasted so much of my time. They could have told me as soon as made the order online, isnt that why they ask for your phone number? Or at least told me when I got to the counter to pay? No one should ever go to this smashburger ever.
