Very disappointing. I ordered a couple double cheese burgers in the drive through only to find out when I got home that all were single patties. I feel cheated its quite the rip off. The guy at the drive through was rude about my waiting on my food also. He said in a demeaning and impatient tone, "Go wait in the parking lot!" The store was pretty much empty so it wasnt due to a lunch or dinner rush. Burger King doesnt give a crap they wont refund me either. Why should anyone have to waste their time and money because of Burger Kings incompetence? False advertising the way I see it and it should be a crime. You think youre gonna get good service and a correct order but psych you get rude customer service and wrong orders. If youre gonna eat here you better double check your food and be prepared to stand up to rude behavior.

I ordered for our sitters the 2 for $10 today at 4p, very clearly I stated both with cheese, both no onions drinks sweet tea peach and raspberry peach. I get to the window drinks overflowing dripping from the kids running down the cups, now Im sticky and my car holders too. She asked me twice do u want ketchup I answered yes both times. I get home to drop off food to sitters for the night, we go out date night, we get a call 10 mins after we leave, the whoppers were loaded with onions so much even if they took off the cheese, lettuce heavy smell of onions. I called burger king 4x no answer all night

We went at about 10:20pm on a Saturday, we spent $21 for 2 double whoppers one of them being plain w/ cheese a Lg fry and lg onion ring. We got to the window and she had to ask us what we ordered! We finally get or food and the onion rings were stale. They had to have been hours old, disgusting. The fries not much better. And for the burgers the give ONE lonely piece of cheese for a double burger... wyd? We will never go back later at night. I suggest you dont either unless you like eating old food.

As you place your order the lady wouldnt even let me finish what I was saying and already said "what else.." so rude as well. What else what else....and then my order was all wrong.... MAYBE let your customer finish before interrupting them and you can get the order correct.... very obvious you dont like your job... plenty of other places that are hiring. Just so rude will not be back.

This burger king has been kind of hit or miss for a lot of years, but it is obvious that they are working hard to hire staff who are friendly and excel at customer service. Kristi W, you rock! Thank you for going out of your way to help me get my favorite something that is no longer on the regular menu!

Worst service ever, drive-thru just go pull around waited 10 min for food, oops forgot your drinks. Waited 10 more min than gave up went in to get them, they werent marked. Got home burgers nasty fries cold. Not worth it. Not the way BK should be, have gone way down hill. Not going back to this one.

3rd time I have had missing food from my order or food not made correctly and the food is always soggy and not made correctly you want higher wages learn more about customer service and the product you are selling will not be a customer to this burger King again. Very disappointing.

The food at lunch time was least fresh. The service is what you expect from fast food. However the low rating has to be from one of the employees child running around by the grills and hot deep fryers. As a parent it drew serious concerns. I wont be back because of this.

Everytime I come to this location I also get very rude workers not only that but the lady in the drive though repeated my order 3 TIMES AND STILL GOT IT WRONG!! Ive been on this side of town for 3 yrs now and this restaurant sucks so bad I just give up!!

Customer service was awful. Waited over 30 min for food. They had 5 people working during dinner rush, but only one making food. (and i think he was new)and instead of any of them helping they just look at him. The cashier had the worse attitude.
