I ordered a togo today. I stood under the togo pickup sign in the resteraunt for 10 min. waiting for someone to help me. The, what I assume is the manager because of his blue shirt color, came to me after about 5 min. and tried to hand me a bag of food and called me Nicole. I said..."nope. not me." And he goes "damn it!", and yells Nicole and a lady raises her hand. Then after another 5 min. another employee who came from the back asked me if I was waiting on a shake or needed any help. I stated I was there for a pickup order for Alora. He smiled and the manager came from behind me and said "oh you are?!". This irritated me because I was under the pickup window for 10 min at that point, and he tried to hand me food twice assuming what my name was. Anyways, the employee who did finally hand me my food was very kind and courteous and actually offered to grab my bottled drinks for me, though I decided to get them myself. I am shocked at the language and lack of customer service I saw from management. I worked at a few fast food places in high school, with managers who were barely in their 20s with better customer service that I saw from this 30 something man at a "nicer" quick serve restaurant. Ridiculous. I rated this place 2 stars because the food is usually pretty good. But, the restaurant was pretty dirty especially for a Tuesday. Plus, the employee who helped me today was the first kind employee Ive seen working at this place with any sense of what it takes to work in the restaurant business.

My wife and I was here last night, when we walked in the trash cans were really full with food and paper on the floor, I told my wife I hope there kitchen doesnt look like this. We ordered our food, and my hamburger was great, but the hamburger that my wife had wasnt cooked that well and was really pink when she bit into the meat. She politely requested that her meat get cooked again and they did it for her, but they made it known to her thats how they cook there meat, they cook it rare. The fries wasnt that great but overall not bad, just not a clean location, meat was under cooked. Weve been to a lot of smashburgers, this one by far was our lease favorite, the customer service here wasnt to great either. When leaving there was more trash on the floor and food over flowing the trash can, we were there for 45 minutes and nobody from what Ive noticed swept or cleaned tables and it wasnt that busy neither. All the other locations that weve been was alot cleaner and meat has never been under cook.

Was sadly disappointed by this Smashburger location. We normally love Smashburger but this location was substandard. We ordered 2 Classic smashburgers, smashfries, and two malts. The malts were 1/2 the size of a malt at another Smashburger location (this may have been because we ordered to go, not sure). The burgers had soggy buns, old, gritty tomatoes, and were under cooked in places as well as being extremely greasy. The smashfries were stale like they had been sitting out for quite some time. Again, this is not a review of all Smashburger locations, we love them! Will maybe give this location another shot but will likely take our business elsewhere.

The Google Maps location is wrong. The SmashBurger is further north right on the Alameda storefront, by the GameStop and Noodles and Co. etc. Its still in the same area, just on the north side of the Belmar complex there. It was delicious. Me and my girlfriend went this evening. Absolutely no complaints. I got a classic smash, she got a chicken bbq sandwich, then we got two orders of smash fries and drinks($22 total). They brought the order to our table in just a couple minutes. The food is pretty messy to eat if youre not careful but we expected that.

This location has sure gone downhill. After three bad experiences Im finally writing a review. The straw that broke the camels back was we waited 20 minutes for an order and both of our orders are messed up. Dont waste your time dont waste your money. I still of smash burgers a whole but will not come back to this one until they have a new staff in probably three months. We didnt have time to wait because we were at lunch so I got my money back. They couldnt even give me the right amount back. My meal was 25 I got 23.

Its worth noting that 5 stars is hard to come by. I really give this place 4.5. The flavor is there. Not too salty, not too bland. The meat is tender and wonderfully spiced. Its smashburger. I know my opinion is going to be buried among a million other reviews, but so what. Ill be back next week. If you like soft buns, tender burger, melty cheese and fresh ingredients, youll be happy here. And the fries are good too. And the shakes...delicious. at least the oreo was

Had not eaten here in a long time and was hungry for a good burger..staff was very friendly and food was good..what absolutely upset me was the small portion of food I got for the price paid..almost thirteen dollars for a single burger with fries...OUTRAGEOUS..!! Burger itself couldnt have even weighed a third of a pound uncooked..and the dinky portion of french fries included with it was not even a good handfull..!! Will NOT be eating at any Smashburger again..!! .

Honestly, I would give this Smashburger a negative star if I could. They continuously take this place to a new low.It is always like an icebox in here, I guess so people leave faster and wont hang out! Ordertaker Ashley didnt want to accept my survey coupon as it was past the 30 days. Guess what, I wont be back and I will just go to the one in Littleton & Englewood, who take better care of my family! We spend a lot of money eating out but definitely not here again!

I used to not like smashburger. At all. Turns out I just needed them to drain the grease. Just ask them to, and they will. Because theyre like that. Theyre all really nice and professional. Never had a poor experience here. Oh and btw, when my first burger was way too greasy, the manager made me a new one, no questions asked. Great place. Great service. Pretty good burgers. Worth the trip.

We were told that there would be an up charge to get a shake instead of a fountain drink. When I looked at the receipt, I was charged a combo and full price shakes. I brought it to their attention and they gave me to fountain drink cups. No apology for the miscommunication and I didnt need 2 drinks. No pride in what people do or the company theyre representing.

Food is awesome.... When they get it right! They always mess my food up every time and they arent even busy. If you try to call them once you get home with your take out they wont answer the phone so you can advise them of the mistake. Sooo disappointing to get home after a long day to eat and you still cant eat. Im hangry and mad now!!!!!

This place has good burgers and fries, but this location seems to be forever suffering from a lack of employee help. Theyre always overwhelmed by more than one visitor, and if someone orders a shake? Forget it. Youll be waiting forever. I wish I could say the manager clearly cared, but that doesnt seem to be the case.
