This used to be a great restaurant but now is not!! Not only was the entire place horribly FILTHY( probable safety issues here) the staff was rude and unaware. Our food sat for nearly 10 minutes while the waitress walked past three times. When I asked her if it was hot she rolled her eyes( was not hot). To add to the pain our shakes were nothing more than a soupy mess. I considered telling the manager but he was perfectly fine ignoring the situation at hand. I used to love Smashburger but I believe this experience may have ruined me. It is sad when owners let something great go to crap. I hope they read this and the other posts from people who had the same experience. What a crappy meal.

Great food and friendly staff. I got the Big Classic Smashburger with the Smash Fries. Its been a while since coming here, and I was debating whether I liked Smash or Five Guys better. After eating here, Im definitely preferring Smash (even though theyre both great places). The variety of options here wins me over. The burger was pretty salty -- as another reviewer mentioned -- though I was fine with it, probably because I tend to go heavier on salt than some. Still, they may want to adjust that since I can tell it will taste salty to those who are more sensitive to salt.

The patio was absolutely filthy. Paper trash and food chunks all over the floor. Empty baskets, glasses and bowls staked at unbelievable heights. Tables as dirty and when a server started wiping them, her rag was absolutely black. So much for cleanliness Flys everywhere from all food chunks. Trash can overflowing. Had to get up and finish our meal in the car. Wonder what the kitchen looks like Will never return. Freddys and Culvers know about restaurant hygiene and great food.

We went to Smash Burger for lunch today. The only two people we talked to were the General Manager who was working the cash register and a guy who brought out our food. Both were so pleasant and friendly and helpful. The food is always great and its always refreshing to interact with kind, hard working employees. That generally says to me that they are treated well at Smash Burger and that makes me glad to give them our business.

Food is tasty. Small portions for the amount of money you spend. Person on the register gave me trouble for giving him exact change after he had taken my $20 bill without asking me if I had exact change. I got a shake and it was tasty although they gave me a broken glass

One of the managers here, Curtis, is the man. Talk about making the experience a blast. Ill drive an extra few miles to come here. Great attitude and awesome humor, these things make for a great customer experience. Keep it up! Thanks Curtis for the awesome time.

Pretty tasty burgers and fries! The dining area is fairly small and is usually very crowded, so youre better off get it to go. Prices are higher than fast food (Goodtimes, Wendys, etc.) but lower than being waited on at a restaurant (Red Robin, Applebees, etc.).

The store was clean and employees were friendly but the burgers were way too salty. One employee told us its new seasoning on the burgers. If thats so please, go back to the old seasoning because I wont eat there again until they change their seasoning.

Just like the other review...the place was a mess, the food took forever, and the service was awful. The food sat for 20 min before being delivered cold. We asked for bbq sauce 3 times and it never came. Others had the same issues. Ill stick to 5 guys.

This is a busy location. Ive always been able to get a seat, but its always been pretty packed, which seems like a positive sign. Their sweet potato fries are very thin and crispy. They quite happy (and accurate) with custom orders, too.

Prices are good! Compare to any other burger joint. Maybe higher than the fast food chains. But I dont see no drive up window here. This place is the bomb. Its quick and the food is always great. You want a value meal then go to McDonalds.

Wow! First time there today. Employees were amazingly kind, courteous and helpful. We LOVED the smashburger and smash seasoned fries. Definitely returning and want to try the spicy burger next. Great place for burgers, prices reasonable.

Their burgers are the best Ive had anywhere--better than other restaurants, better than homemade. Its completely spoiled me for getting burgers anywhere else. The fries (regular or sweet potato) are also good. Friendly service, too!

Cramped during lunch rush with limited indoor seating. Outdoor patio expands seating somewhat during warmer months. Close to I-70. Staff has varied from grunty to nice here.

Staff are super friendly and quick to get you on your way. There is no wifi. Public restrooms are not the cleanest but their public. Very Close to I-70 on ramp.
