We have gone here a handful of times, and honestly why we DID decide to go there WAS the food, however, we usually pick somewhere else for several reasons. First, the coffee is HORRIBLE. I am not sure if it is just the brand used or if they fill all the urns at the beginning of the day and they just sit there and let it get old and bitter. I know the response to this can be its not a coffee place, but it is a part of the atmosphere, and a lot of business can be generated by a good cup of coffee. Next, the service. The hosts even though they may be young, they are always kind, and always working hard. No complaints about them. However, we have had the same server twice now. I wont give her exact name, but for the owners, it starts with a D. Horrific is the only word I can use to describe the service. Greeting came across as annoyed by our presence, drinks took forever, when the food runner brought our food we finished our entire meal, and waited on her for another ten minutes before she even came back on the floor. Water was empty, our food was missing a lot of elements, and it was never fixed because she never came out to check on us. I have worked in the service industry, and I understand how hard it is to deal with people all day, but there is still a standard that needs to be held. Your tip is your livelihood, and I ALWAYS tip 20% regardless of any mishaps because I understand. But when there is this much negligence and general disdain for your guests. It makes me question it! Finally the food. We have come back because the food has always tasted good. Unfortunately, each time you never know what portion youre going to get, or what part of the dish will not be included. For instance, the skillet I ordered had ONE piece of meat on it, thats all. There needs to be some management and consistency with the product being put out. Overall, our business was lost after todays visit. I sincerely hope, that ownership and management looks at these, and realize there needs to be change. It goes beyond being an unhappy customer. You are putting your business at risk with these types of reviews. Your guests are the most important thing, or you have nothing. I greatly hope things are turned around because I would love to see this place transform into something great.

So..Ive got to say..I was a bit skeptical when I browsed the menu, and only because I tend to choose far out, off the wall items. I decided to stick with a southern home usual and go with the biscuits and gravy..but then..riiiight above it..were their Chicken & Waffles...yall...listen..coming from a born southerner..Ive got to admit, this was probably the best breakfast I had ever eaten (besides mommas homemade). The waffle was cooked perfectly golden with crisp edges, layered with fresh crunchy fried chicken pieces, covered in country sausage gravy, kissed with a bit of maple syrup, and hugged with chunks of bacon. It was a serious "shut yo mouth" moment. The staff was very friendly, restaurant clean, and the food was PHENOMENAL. I cant wait til family and friends come to visit because I already know where were going for breakfast!! Great job!!

I cannot believe all of the positive reviews this place has! We went to 3 Chicks Kitchen on a normal weekend morning. The first thing I noticed was the average-ness of everything. The tables seemed run down, the facilities are not at all nice. The staff were nice enough, but completely unremarkable. The menu contained pretty average breakfast fare; still nothing remarkable. I didnt see anything on the menu that made me think, "oh, that sounds interesting." In a word, the menu is boring. When the food came, my wifes dish literally had a frozen, TV-dinner style piece of fried chicken. Nothing seemed fresh; I suspect that the veggies were frozen as well. I had some sort of breakfast skillet. Same story: Unremarkable, prepared in advance cafeteria food. There are some great breakfast/brunch diners in the area. This is not one of them.

Food is ok. Terrible service. We didnt get greeted for probably 10 minutes, food took another 40 minutes even though we ordered immediately. We had 4 different people talk to us (1 person got our drinks, another took our order, we asked a host for our check, a different host brought our check). No one asked us how our food was. But the reason we will never go back is because of my daughters FILTHY cup. She just got a kids water cup and when I dumped out the water at the end of our meal, I noticed the inside has stuck on chunks of food and some kind of slime. Im literally sick to my stomach thinking about how she drank out of it. There are still chunks of food in the water left at the bottom. Absolutely disgusting! Dont ever eat here! If her cup was that dirty, I can only imagine how nasty our other plates and utensils were.

It was my first time here. My food arrived lukewarm, and 3 bites in I found a hair. I proceeded to attempt to get any employees attention as they passed by, to no avail. Ordinarily, I would have happily ordered something else. Our server never came back to fill drinks, and I had to practically shout at another server who made eye contact as I began to speak, and then continued walking, to ask management over. It took ten minutes for them to get the manager, and by then everyone else had finished. He was kind and apologetic, and even comped my meal. Then I got a bill, and the server had comped someone elses meal, not mine. They desperately need training, apparently. They people I was with said they hadnt seen this behavior here before. Im willing to give it another shot, which is why its 3 and not 1.

How this place is still in business is totally beyond me. Everything is clearly frozen, heat and serve junk. Biscuits and gravy, frozen biscuits (or incredibly terrible homemade, Im leaning toward frozen) and the most horrendous powdered gravy mix Ive ever seen. Everything was totally bland, theres no passion for food here, take it from a guy whos worked in many kitchens with many fine cooks and chefs. These people just wanna slap crap on a plate and overcharge for it. Three people ate breakfast for about 50 bucks after coffees. I could write another three paragraphs about how the dining room was as blah and one note as the food, but Ill just leave it at this: You couldnt pay me to eat at this hole again.

First off, I wish I could give less stars. My wife and I used to really enjoy the food at 3 chicks but this time will be our last. When we sat ourselves, the table was filthy. We had to ask our server to clean it. Our server was friendly but the the food was awful. My order was wrong, hash browns under cooked ( almost raw), tons of grease and it took 50 minutes to get our food. It was super slow so, Im not sure what that was about. Lastly the prices are kind of steep ( for the terrible food theyre serving). I believe this place changed owners. The new owners have no clue what theyre doing. They get an F. Well never go back. What a waste of time and MONEY!
