I visited on 7/29/17 at 11:04 am. I was quoted 3 hours for an $89 interior detail, $35 windshield chip repair, and $20.95 Flash Cadillac Exterior Wash. I asked an employee at 1:30 pm how much longer my car was going to take, but he never came back to tell me after he said hed be right back with an answer. I saw the same employee again at 2:00 pm and told him my car was supposed to be ready in 4 minutes, and he said hed check on it. The employee came back and said it would be another 45 minutes to 1 hour before it was ready. He shrugged his shoulders and said sorry when I asked why I was quoted 3 hours and now was having to wait another hour. A second employee came out at 2:20pm to give another customer a set of car keys, and I asked them for the manager. He stated he was the manager. I told him I was upset I was quoted 3 hours and was told at the time it was supposed to be ready that I would have to wait another hour. I told him I needed to grocery shop before driving to Denver at 4pm. I told him 7th Wave did the same service in 1 hour. The manager said he was sorry and said it was taking a long time because of crayon in the rear cup holder. I told him I didnt ask for that to be cleaned and he said it was part of their service. I said Id have taken a bus home if I knew itd take this long, he shrugged and said hed help with the detail if needed. While I waited another hour, I checked their website and it stated interior detailing takes up to 3 hours. There were 2 customers present when I walked in, and only 2 more walked in after me. When I was asked to approve the car, the crayon that was supposedly making the car take so long had not been cleaned out of the cup holder. Also, I had to send it back to have crumbs and hair vacuumed. The person who took it back was polite about having the car sent back. I ended up leaving at 2:50pm. I received a call from a manager on 7/30/17 asking if I had a good experience. I explained my disappointing visit and she offered a free carwash on my next visit. I told her I would prefer a discount be applied to the 7/29 visit, and she said shed get back to me after speaking to the owner on 7/31. On 8/1/17 I got a call back from the manager and was told the owner, Michelle, would offer me a gift certificate for a free carwash, but not a partial or full refund. The manager proceeded to say she was not there the day this occurred, so she was not able to apologize for others or take responsibility for what happened. She said my car came into the wash in bad condition citing 2 stains in the backseat: crayon in the cup holder and a black stain on the seat. I stated I couldve told the detailer those stains were not removable if someone had come out and asked me about them during the detail. She then said that a manager helped detail to try to get the car out on time. I informed her that was after I had waited 3 hours and 15 minutes, and complained to him. She said that because I had sent the car back to be vacuumed a second time, she felt my issues had been fixed. When I told her that the communication (along with the poor detail work) were the issues, she said she could not apologize for others, was trying to fix a problem she was not present for, and she was powerless to offer me a partial or full refund if the owner chose not to give it. I told the manager I would be disputing the full charge with my bank.

Horrible. They kept trying to upsell me and never gave me the basic package even though I kept asking and informed them that I was short on time. I eventually settled for the "Hot Supreme" because the guy at the vacuum still wouldnt give me the basic $12.95 car wash info (I just found it on their website) They dont have a car wash menu so all you have to go by is what they try to sell you. After 40 minutes and still not seeing my car enter the wash, I asked a female employee why it was taking so long. She said it takes 2 - 3 hours at times. I told her I only wanted a basic interior/exterior wash and she was very bothered by me and condescendingly asked which care was mine. After I told her, she got a male employee who told me that my car was scheduled to go into detailing. After informing him that I was short on time and that I didnt request detailing, he looked at my ticket and told me that mine was next to go in. An hour later, my car is finally done. Upon entering my car, I see that my dash, stereo area, and middle console werent even remotely wiped down. I went back and spoke to same woman as earlier and she said they just do a "light dusting" with the hub supreme, even though I just paid $25.95. She annoyingly did a quick wipe down after I pointed out the areas that werent even "lightly dusted." Although its been a while, I used to live on the west side and frequented the hub quite often and never had to wait so long and always received good service. I will never go back. DONT let them upsale you...for half the price perhaps I couldve received more that a light dusting. And, they didnt even do the rims as I just noticed in the package on their website. What a disappointment and waste of time...NEVER again!!

Stay far, far away from the Hub Car Wash. I would never, ever go back! Because of interactions I have had with Firehouse BB, I wanted to do all I could to support the Hub Car Wash. I am getting ready to sell my 2004 Audi A4 so I brought it to the Hub Car Wash for $200 worth of services -- inside, outside, engine detail, etc. Buff, wax, everything. I was told they were going to have one or two guys work on it all afternoon -- I thought great, I will get a great job. Well, I got the car back and I was VERY disappointed. While they got the carpets clean, they were soaked and started to smell. While all the interior surfaces were that shiny black, they had simply sprayed over dirt! It looked like they took 10 seconds to do the insides of the windows and there were large patches that were still dirty that I had to redo. There was no chance that they had buffed and waxed the exterior. The engine bay was clean -- where it was easy to reach -- but they did not do the hood or any of the edges anywhere. If that was not bad enough, they lost a hubcap, my radio no longer works, the driver side sun visor is now broken as is the glove compartment door hinge. I waited three days to get a call back from the owner and he asked me to come over. He said he would not waste my time, but he did. He agreed that the job was less than up to par but was unwilling to address any of the major issues I had raised. Oh wait -- he did offer to give me a $20 dollar car wash. Awesome. So basically I paid $200 so that I can now spend my time and money fixing issues that they created for me. I will never ever go back and I will be sure to steer folks away from there for sure.
