Were always on the lookout for great bowling and pinball spots and a place with both is certain to get our business! However, we have not returned to Arapahoe Bowling Center since our first visit several months ago. There was a lot to like about this place, including the quick friendly service and nice well-maintained bowling lanes... However, we went mainly for the pinball and were ecstatic to see such a great selection, but that quickly turned to dismay when we saw the prices per credit are much higher than any other place in town, most notably both 1up locations which are all $.50 per credit whereas this place charges $.75 and up per credit. When my husband and I play its not so bad to pay $1.00 per game, but when youre shoveling in $1.50 plus per game knowing you may lose your ball right away it zaps a lot of the fun. A roll of quarters will guarantee us 10 games anywhere else, whereas here it will only get us about 5 or six games and that is just not cost-effective for us, especially knowing we can go elsewhere for much cheaper (and better-maintained just-as-awesome) games. Finally, we took an Uber so we could relax and drink and have fun and not have to worry about driving, but the bar cut us off after only a few drinks even though we explained we werent even close to drunk, promised not to get too crazy, and werent even driving to boot. I think as adults we should be able to determine our limits and not be told when weve had enough when clearly we werent drunk or causing problems. For a couple in their 30s/40s to be treated like children in that way was quite insulting and we thus ended up closing our tab and leaving, most likely never to return. Too bad, I had high hopes. :(

Try the fries. Theyre amazing. These are my favorite bowling lanes in town! The staff are all super friendly, the lanes are great for bowling and for socializing - love that each lane gets its own little high-top table and stools. The shop is fantastic - I bought my ball from there and not only was it very affordable (especially with League savings - srsly, consider joining one of their many awesome and fun leagues), but its also a beautiful rainbow-colored aesthetic delight. Sue is the best bartender around. AND THE FOOD IS GREASY GLORY. Srsly. You cannot beat a pitcher of beer, and some seasoned fries and sliders...or chicken tenders...or...onion rings. nomnomnom Thats why we all bowl, right? Because its a sport you can play while drinking and eating. Other benefits include: BLACKLIGHT BOWLING with LASER LIGHTS on weekend nights: It feels like youre bowling aboard a starship. This is aces. I love pretending like Im in space. Candlepin bowling in the arcade - theres something so cathartic about knocking those tiny candlepins down Pool tables with tons of room for playing pool. Jukebox with Backstreet Boys "Everybody" on it. This is absolutely necessary and pairs well with a pitcher of beer. Clean womens bathrooms. THANK GOD. This is vastly undervalued. Going to lanes with gross bathrooms is the worst! Thank god for the cleanliness and tidiness of Arapahoe Bowling Center. In short, Arapahoe Bowling Center is a national treasure.

This review is for the Pro Shop located within Arapahoe Bowling Center. We were extremely pleased with the level of service and commitment of this pro shop. The associate there was very helpful and understanding of some unique challenges in finding the right equipment, shoes and accessories. They have a wonderful starter set for $125 with included your bowling ball (custom drilled), bowling shoes and bag. We did have to return it due to the weight of the ball being too heavy for my child but they were more than willing and helpful to try to make it right. Personalized service has almost become obsolete with online everything! How wonderful to go to a business where people still can know your name! Thank you also to the owner, Steve Badovinac, who sets the caring tone and "customer satisfaction" ethic for his staff and business practices.

Been coming here pretty consistently for the last 6 months and Ive got to say they have a really impressive facility. Firstly, they take great care of the lanes, which seems like a duh, but there are other facilities in the area that seem to not care. Secondly, their employees are great and make me feel welcomed every time I walk in the door. Lastly, they have an app with coupons and a loyalty program (5 visits earns you 3 free games on the weekend) ;) Great place for friends, family and, if youre good enough, get a 300 ;) which Im still working on!

This local family owned bowling alley is a clean, up to date facility. We enjoy the full bar and food! A large pizza and starter salad will satisfy a party of 4 without breaking the bank. The lanes are in great shape! There is an arcade with games for many different ages and interests including corn hole and pool tables. The pro shop offers great products at a wonderful price and helpful advise. Weather looking for family fun, date night or a place to work on a competitive game this is the place for you!

Ive been going here for the past 5-6 months with my little brother and friends and love it. I Love the staff Chris, Suzie, and Tanya are the best. I love the fact that they allow you to vape inside instead of having to put the game on hold. Theyve got a nice arcade area with 3 pool tables, foosball, and mini bowling. Prices are cheap wether you want a pitcher of beer or a basket of fries. This is definitely the bowling alley to be going to.

My husband and I love pinball. We purposely stayed at a hotel in this area before flying out of Denver because we wanted to check this place out. We liked how we had the whole game room to ourselves. The pinball is expensive but beer is cheap. Almost all games are in good working order. The replay on these games is set very high to what we usually see. All in all, we had a great time and would go back.

I go here often. The lanes are very consistent if youre on a league, but otherwise expect them to be very dry. The prices for games are comparable to other bowling places, though I wish Saturday mornings were less expensive. This is a very down to earth bowling alley, and you can tell its family run (in a good way). I still like going here to support local business rather than the big chain places.

Come here often. Staff is friendly, but the customers SUCK! Most inconsiderate bowlers anywhere. Loud kids running around in front of you while the parents sit there with their faces buried in their phones, totally oblivious. Good food at the snack bar. Dollar per game Sunday mornings. I like Holiday up in Arvada but theyre just league, no open bowling. So why go? Expensive too.

Took the kids with some "kids bowl free" passes and they had a great time. Facility was pretty clean, staff was friendly enough, and bowling lanes were in good shape. (Please note you still have to pay for shoe rentals in the "free" bowling program for kids. )

The worst bowling experience we have ever had. Waited over 1 hour for an open lane just to be told with would be another 30 minutes. We didnt even received an apology from a staff member. Arapaho bowling ruined a good night out. Thank you for nothing!!
