I went here with my friends tonight for the free pie Wednesday. In order to get the free pie you must first order something else, so my friends and I got a couple drinks and some fries. Not only did it take 10 minutes just to put our order in but another 10 minutes to get our food when the place wasnt even busy. When we did finally get our food, we didnt even get our drinks. We asked our waitress to please split the check into 3 checks for 4 people, as two of my friends were paying together. She messed this up completely, making 2 checks rather than 3. We waited while she "went to the back to fix the checks". Despite the fact that my friends and I are teenagers, we still have eyes and could clearly see our waitress "in the back" playing with her hair and eating a meal. We finally decided to screw the checks and go to the front to attempt to pay. Once there our waitress tried to fix the checks but still screwed it up bad enough to steal $5 from me. I payed for not only myself but another person in our group and when I handed her a $20 for my $5.28 tab she initially gave me a $5 as change. When I told her she still owed me $6 she gave me exactly $1.02, Im not sure why she gave me the 2 cents but nevertheless she screwed me out of $5. Her manager sat back while this took place only about 2 feet away not helping the situation at all. Our 20 minute pie run turned into an hour of confusion and frustration. Incompetent, lazy workers mixed with poor management made for an unfortunate night. Not to mention the floors were disgusting and the ceiling vents were covered in a thick layer of dust. We may just be teens but we still tip and could most likely be better servers than any worker at your Village Inn will ever be, and we havent graduated high school yet. Congrats on sucking at life and dreaming as big as to work at Village Inn. I do not recommend.

Consistently poor service. Slow would be an understatement. We were in there the other night and our waitress never refilled our drinks (we shouldnt have to ask. As a former server with years of experience, basic serving skills dictate that you keep your guests glasses full unless the guests say otherwise). Took forever to get our orders... Our empty plates remained on the table while our server chatted for several minutes with another guest about politics. She never returned to take our pie orders. An off duty manager who was sitting at a table with her significant other talked so loud we could hear every word then jokingly called her friend a b!tch as she got up and walked in the kitchen... REALLY??? Talk about inappropriate and unprofessional. I used to work at this Village Inn in high school and its really gone down hill. The company should just throw in the towel and close it down.

We had a good experience right up until the end. Our waitress was great and the food was good. When we were walking up to the counter to pay the hostess was already cashing someone else out so we got in line behind him. She finishes with him, he walks away , the lady makes eye contact with us then turns around and walks away. Doesnt say anything just looks at us and walks away and Never came back out!! We stood there for a minute waiting for her so that we could pay and never saw her again. Fortunately we were paying in cash so we left it on the counter and left. Who does that? It was so rude!!

We got here and the lobby is packed. The assistant manager is making the wait list and informs the family in line in front of us that there is a 15 minute wait. Odd , because there are 9 visible tables and booths open and clean . Everyone here moves slowly . Busters to management. All are friendly though . But people come to eat food. Our server is the training server and she was on top of service once we got seated . We took our food to go .

I want to thank the management of this Village Inn for being a great community neighbor. Theyve provided Cub Scout Pack 559 with free pancake batter for several of our pinewood derbies and other events - and that batter makes GOOD Scout-baked pancakes! And to further support my rating, Ive eaten here and the food is well-prepared with good service: no complaints!

The reason they have a lower rating is because some of their employees like to walk around talking trash about customers making inappropriate comments to people eating, some of the tile on the ceiling looked very very old pre 90s, their food was mediocre, it looks like they have management issues I can understand now why it has little to business

I didnt really like Village Inn to begin with but over the past few months it has gotten even worse. After you order you can hear the staff in the back talking even when the bell dings for your food. When you do finally get your food its cold. Not even the pies are good anymore. Save yourself the trouble and dont come here.

Employees seem nice thus far. Never really had any issues. My motto; Treat others how you want to be treated. I have always treated everyone with respect & always received it in return. Theyre human beings, not your robot slaves. Too many people expect too much. Personally, I like this VI & recommend it.

With the recent addition of a new general manger, this Village Inn our go to spot for weekend breakfasts. Its truly a blast from the past with good quality home style family food and friendly service...and dont forget their tasty pies!

A Hostess that stated out loud " Im sick of this place" . Wilted old lettuce, chicken fried steak tasted funny, uncooked hamburger, exposed ceiling tiles over seating booths. Left with upset stomach and diarrhea and vomiting.

Some of the staff were nice but others not so much. It took a long time for food too come out, and it was not good. I noticed its one of the locations that has not been updated like the other ones.

This was the worst village inn I have ever been to I was there for an hour before we even got to order drinks. Horrible staff! I would recommend eating elephant poop than coming here

Cleaner and better maintained then an average diner. Both Alison the host and Katie the server were really pleasant and funny. Well be back to this location.
