Sometimes you just gotta have a bucket of chicken and some coleslaw, but this particular KFC is horrible. The drive thru is painfully slow and they almost never get your order right. Im not exaggerating...Also, at times they have been completely out of main menu items. Food tastes just as good as any other KFC, but the service is just terrible.

Not enough chicken prepared to fill orders. Everybody waiting or allowing changes from crispy to regular or grilled, etc. Same quality product, but filling orders shouldnt be so challenging for staff and customers.
