Horrible costumer service. This location constantly messes up on my order and when you ask them to fix it the employees get mad. The last time I visit this location I got sick due to the workers putting certain foods I have allergies to, when I specifically ordered my salad with out those items. I asked them to remake my salad but instead she picked some out and added stuff to make it look like a new salad but of course I didnt realize till I started eating my salad and half way in I noticed it. I was sick for 3 days. I would never go back to this location. Its not ok to serve costumers food they specifically said they have allergies to or simply dont ask for.

If it wasnt for the companys prejudice and backward dogmatic ideals, Itd be a decent meal and you would get a bang for your dollar at this established chain. . this is the type of company that has to be boycotted more... ...but If I had to choose between Nestle or ChikAFilia. Id have to choose the one that sounds like an aviary disease. Nestle CEO believe$, that water is a commodity and not a human right... which is the opposite of what the Hippie of Nazareth preached 2000 years ago... PLEASE WIKI NESTLE to BOYCOTT ALL of THEIR PRODUCTS. (if you can afford to give WIKIPEDIA a donation, please do.)

The staff is friendly, and accommodating. The facilities are clean, and kept in good repair. My kids love the play structure (and I love that it is enclosed, clean, and air conditioned.) The food is amazing- literally, Ive not tasted a food item I have not liked, the only caveat (and reason for 4 stars) is that I severely dislike their "signature beverages". Both the milkshake, and lemon freeze turned my stomach, and I threw most of them away. My husband tells me that he likes them though, so take that how you may. Overall a worthy establishment.

It was my spouse and my 1st Chick-fil-A experience. The chicken sandwiches & fries were good. The special lemonade was a disappointment. It tasted like cough medicine. The services were good, but somehow didnt feel warm and fuzzy. I wonder why. Need to go back again to see what seems to be missing comparing to other fast food place like In-N-Out. It wasnt because there is no beef burger. I ordered Chicken Sandwich at Jack-In-the-box most of time, somehow, the atmosphere felt strange.

Had a horrible experience using their coupons here. Fortunately for me, they couldnt trick me into throwing my coupons away becuz chi fil a coupons dont expire and are not location specific! The person in charge at the time (Truman) was extremely rude and condescending. He obviously did not get the memo and couldve handled the situation a lot better.

I normally go to the one in Santa Clara, brought my wife for the first time since we live near. Cashier was great, food was ok and but the group of teenage drama queen girls hanging out in the back and then giving attitude when dropping off the food is new. Ill skip this location from now on. My wife, ah she wasnt impressed.

I love this place! The food is yummy, the service is always great, and they have a great play structure. In fact, I come here for the play structure. I can sit and enjoy a meal with friends while keeping an eye on my son through the large windows in the play room. I suspect this is why I always see so many parents here!

This is the most ghetto Chick-fil-A store Ive ever been, I would rather drive two more exits and go to the one on Mowry instead. This place call half cup a full cup and forfeit kids toy if you select icedream as a surprise which never happened at the Mowry store. This is a house of non-stop disappointments!!

Long story short: just go to Mowry constantly screws up, most notably when ive gone evenings. tonight i got chicken nuggets instead of strips. before that they said goodbye without returning my card in the drive thru. not always bad but im learning to inspect my bag at this chick fil a before heading home.

Good food but poor service.i ordered Two salads and a breakfast burrito. Made me wait for my order and brought my order out without the burrito. The guy that helped me didnt seem to want to be there. Not worth to go back and ask for another one. So thank you for taking my money and making me wait.

Compare to Mowry, this one is a little less bust but both are good. I like this one better bc of quality and one worker is always nice and remembers what I order. I choose this as 5 and Mowry as 4.5 (even there is no option).

Worst chickfila i have been at. It seems to be ran by teenagers who doesnt care about service. All the trash was overflowing, all the tables were dirty and unclean. Service was slow and terrible. The bathroom was nasty.

Chick-fil-a is pretty standard wherever you find them. This one was clean, friendly, and fresh. There was a mixup with our order but it was easily fixed (these things happen)
