This place is unpredictable day-to-day, and hour-to-hour. Its either average quality or poor-quality, you never know what youre going to get. You may even get mixed quality within the same order, some product cooked properly mixed with some product either under or over cooked. But the quality will never improve as long as people continue buying it. So in order to help them expedite an improvement in quality, we have just stopped eating here all together. Hope this helps someone else, its definitely going to help us. Good luck.

Wow can a place truly pride itself on customer service this terrible. Its almost like its done purposely so you dont come and they dont need to work. If someone orders a meal give them the side. Dont forget it or make it the wrong side. Dont sell an ice cold Pepsi to someone and put no ice in it. Thats really poor work ethic. I think I will place a comment to corporate about the manager on duty today the 16th of November. I will share my experience with others as well. Hope the Colonel does not send mystery shoppers.

Have been patronizing this KFC an average of once every 15 days for the past 8 months. Quality and taste have been great until today. Chicken was so salty it was inedible, and employees did not know what to do, so I had them throw it (3 piece meal) away. Planning for emergencies should be part of the ongoing daily training. Ive ordered two number 2s 1 grills and one extra crispy. I only got one meal and 2 of everything else is just like I ordered. couldnt get the grilled because nobody knows how to grill a chicken there and only ended up getting one meal and not the two meals that I ordered. I will never go to this restaurant again.

At one level it is very interesting. The employees here act like the mindless drones of sci-fi. I thought they were putting on an act; only to learn to my dismay that they were really like that. Whatever you do, do not ask questions :)

This store is terribly understaffed, expect to wait a while to get your food. Freshness is hit and miss. Sometimes the potatoes are hard and the gravy is gummy, but sometimes theyre both smooth and creamy.

Food was hot and ready quickly, worth four stars. Fast, courteous service, and good value meals worth another star. Tables were clean. The cashier even returned an extra dollar after I had miscounted.

The chicken filet was the so dry that it should have been sold as chicken jerky. it was hard to cut with a knife much less chew without the help of a food processor.
