1ST TIME I CAME HERE I ORDERED A 12 PC. MEAL AND THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT IT WILL BE ABOUT 25 TO 30 MINUTES. OK I SAID. I FIGURED THEY GOT SLAMMED THAT DAY. 2ND. TIME I GO THERE, SAME THING, THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH CHICKEN TO FILL MY ORDER AND HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 25 MINUTES FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE DONE. UNACCEPTABLE!! I FIGURED I WOULD GIVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE AND WENT THERE YESTERDAY, SAME OLD THING. WAITED FOR 25 MINUTES AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY ORDER I GET 2 MASHED POTATOES AND A COLE SLAW. THEY GIVE ME ONE CONTAINER OF GRAVY FOR 2 LARGE ORDERS OF MASHED POTATOES, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER THING OF GRAVY THE GIRL TOLD ME WITH AN UNCARING ATTITUDE THAT THEY ARE ALL OUT OF GRAVY!!!! THAT IS JUST ABSURD!!!!!!!WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE EITHER NEEDS LESSONS IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR JUST CLOSE SHOP!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EL POLLO LOCO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!

I liked the range of choices and appreciated the toppings bar because it meant you could add herbs or spicy sauces if you want to but the meal itself does not come spicy. The chicken in the salad seemed to have some colder, drier and some warmer, softer pieces as if they were done at different times but they did not taste bad. The chicken with the skin on was all steaming and soft, I would stick with that. I was disappointed that the avocado was partly grey and not as much as it showed in the pictures. Overall the restaurant was ok but I wouldnt recommend it for a large group as the restaurant was very busy and small for the volume of customers.

Had to go thru drive thru due to the time ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with fries and I got a 2 piece with two orders of fries and coleslaw!!! The guy at the drive thru seems irritated when he first gave me the total and on top of that I been calling since yesterday with NO ANSWER and still calling this am and it just rings!!!!

first time there, went through drive through.. they are fast and polite BUT the food was awful.. the avocado salad owl had one single small slice of avocado ONE! the chicken was dried out and tasted like it had been frozen after cooked and reheated under a heat lamp?? the food was not fresh ..

Never going back. Got charged for a taco plate at the drive thru and they didnt have an ingredient so they offered me a different taco. I received only two tacos. When I questioned it they walked away and didnt make it right. So service sucks. Too bad. I wanted to like them.

I enjoy the food at the El Pollo Loco food chain. 2 stars because the food at this location is not consistent with other locations. Orders served are not what was order, this has happen to me 40% of the time. This frequently happens on the under 500 calorie menu.

This chain has variable quality and, so far, this one is very good. Chicken was moist and flavorful. Sides, corn & broccoli, were hot and tasty. Restaurant was clean and service was very good.

I love this place! Sometimes they are slow with the breasts (everyone wants them) but the employees are super friendly and the food tastes good. Worth the wait!
