Tldr : "food was average, we didnt get what we ordered, staff wanted us to help keep their times down while they talked up a storm. Visiting from Australia my wife wanted to try KFC here to compare. The food we received was ok, nothing on what would be standard back home. It was really the service that was a shame. Firstly. There was no one waiting and no cars in the car park so it didnt look busy. The lady who took the order was a little hard to understand. After eventually getting an order across we are told its a 6 min wait for a burger. Ok says the wife. Get to the window to pay and the lady is busy talking to staff. We give $10 over expecting to cover what we ordered. They lady takes the cash, spends 2 mins getting change while chatting, hands back the change asking us to move forward slightly. Wifes a bit confused but moves forward until told to stop. The staff member is looking at something on the ground. After almost 10 mins we get asked to back up. Get handed the bag and we are off only to find a burger isnt in the bag. Turns out the lady didnt take the order right. Sigh... On the plus side we got 10 plus bags of ketchup which we didnt ask for, but hey maybe its the new burger replacement diet.

The line cooks looked confused getting orders out to the drive thru. I noticed this after sitting in drive thru line for a few minutes realizing the line was not moving and then I decided to pull out and go inside(fortunately nobody had pulled in behind me). Once inside i was greeted in a timely manner and the girl was very nice and attentive. I believe her name was Stephanie. The restaurant was clean but again the wait was a bit much. Other than that the food was good and hot and packaged well.

If you like regular KFC meals then this Del Monte Blvd branch is fine. Has an older building and lacking in ambiance. But, if you need food quickly , then youll find that this KFC is the spot...

The chicken I got that day was too salty. It is okay clean for the interior. Prices are on par with other fast food places, but the chicken wasnt that great at all.
