I dont eat here because Im a vegan, but the restroom at this place is pretty nice. I remember riding my bike through this rough looking neighborhood, when all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and searched for the nearest restroom. I thought to myself, "Man, I shouldnt have eaten all that Taco Bell before going on a two hour bike ride.", but I was hungry at the time and Taco Bell has really good vegan options. I remember stopping at the near by Ride Aid, but their restroom was absolutely disgusting and I couldnt, by the life of me, sum up the courage to sit on that toilet, no matter how bad I wanted to. Then I stopped at the near by Carls Jr, but the restroom was only accessible to customers only, because they had an issue with people using the bathroom, and I quote, "to smoke crack.", and I couldnt buy anything because I spent all my money on Taco Bell. So I ran out the door, I did even bother getting back on my bike, and went to Popeyes that had a restroom that was free to use. Thank God it was only next door from Carls Jr, because I dont know how much longer I couldve went. I remember, upon relieving myself, thinking "Man, this restroom is really nice.", and now every time I drive past that place, I tell the other people in my car, without telling this story, that this place has a nice restroom.

This is the worst fast food popeyes that you can ever go to.The customer service is horrible and the fat girl with an attitude taking orders at the drive thru window acts like its a problem when you ask her what side does my meal come with instead of answering the simple question her response was "its on the menu " then I ask again where I dont see it . Not only was she rude she also didnt get the order right. Never go here to popeyes on el camino and watt THEY SUCK! I felt like I was bothering them as im placing my order. I hope the Franchise manager gets to see this SUCKY customer service in action and hire new people who actually appreciate and care about their job and making customers happy. COMPLETE FAILURE POPEYES ON EL CAMINO & WATT!! ZERO stars. in order to post a review you have to give at least one star so here it is.

This store needs closed. Staff is ridiculously slow, rude, and unprofessional. Food was ill prepared, staff and store were not sanitary. It took 40 minutes to get an order of chicken and sweet tea. No unsweet was available and they went to the "back" to fill it. No ice. Warm dirty tea from somewhere. Please contact me by email with the owner and managers information so I can report them to every agency in CA that will successfully close their doors for good!

This Popeyes is in the most rundown part of the town. Get ready to be asked for money by walkers/panhandlers (whatever you call them) right before entering the premises. If you dont have change or cash, then they will ask you to get the food from inside, they usually demand a 5 piece meal. This was my second time being at this place and i thought maybe management might have done something about solicitation on the premises, guess what ? I was wrong.

It is suppose to open at 10 am but it is still locked at 10:06. Tried to open door but locked and the employee at the front counter just stared at me and went back to doing whatever they were doing. Went back to my car. An employee came out and I asked him if they are open. He says they open at 10. I told him its 10:06am. Apparently 10am is whenever they decide to open. They Opened at 10:11.

Popeyes is still my favorite fast food chain restaurant . I ordered the ten piece chicken box. The service was very fast and friendly. the dining room was very clean and felt almost home like. I highly recommend this business as well as this location. There is wheel chair access and restroom facilities available to all guest. Late night hours and a fast drive thru are also featured.

The restaurant is in a sketchy location with frequent panhandlers, Despite the nice renovation of this restaurant, we often encounter less than friendly service as well as many ditty tables. Long wait (25 to 30 minutes for fast food is simply not acceptable) for in-estaurant dining; drive-thru is your only option, if you must. Food is consistent.

Was there approximately 9:15 pm and the cashier working the drive thru was very irritated, impatient and had a type of attitude that was starting to rub off on me and wanted to treat her the same way I was being treated. With an attitude like that, she needs to be in the back cooking instead of dealing with customers, verrry unprofessional.

Ordered an 8 piece boneless for the family before going to work. Got home to find chicken on the bone. When i called they asked me to bring back the chicken for a return. I explained i have to work. They started to tell me i would have to bring back the chicken for a replacement. Poor customer service... I hung up on them...

Ordered sweet tea for drink and it wasnt sweet, ordered spicy chicken strips and they gave us mild, Ordered popcorn shrimp combo with macaroni on the side, the macaroni was literally on the side of the shrimp which took most of the space in the box with less shrimp... We asked for ranch sauce and never got it!!!

They gave me raw chicken when I ordered strips.. its so ghetto there too I didnt find out till I got home and picked up on way home so I couldnt go back cuz I live far away. I will never return. I know its far but the one by consumnes is amazing and they hook it up fat gave me 8 peices evry time I order a 5

Nice things first. Staff friendly and professional. The place is in a "warzone surrounded by "walkers". Expect to be approached in the parking lot for money or food. I was approached 4x in my 10min wait. There are even people that wait by the drive through asking you to buy them a chicken dinner...

Will give 5 stars and eat here again if they have the 99c Tuesdays special! lol. Now it costs $2 for their Tuesdays special... and the only thing added was a biscuit.. wow! LOL!! It is upsetting when you realize youre paying an extra dollar for one biscuit, which I rarely eat.

great drive through service, very polite staff. Didnt hurry me up on ordering. Even though they ran out of macaroni and green beans they gave us extra mash potatoes and apologized for the inconvenience and the little extra wait we did. Thanks ladies!

I Ordered three 2 piece dinners THAT IM PAYING FOR! with all dark meat leg and thigh, and they gave me what they wanted me to have, leg and a breast, never again, its other chicken restaurants in town that always get my order right.
