I work in fast food and totally understand its hard sometimes but there were four people working, and they still cant manage to keep their dine clean or even attempt to make the customer feel comfortable. So I go in and Im starving original I wanted to eat Mexican food but my family really wanted kfc so I agree to it and immediately I notice how dirty it is and so I decided my order then I go ahead and tell the cashier who didnt greet me or even try to be friendly which as a cashier I would definitely get a warning from my boss if I didnt and Im pretty sure his manager was right behind him. Anyways I order and take a seat as I wait a customers order gets called and he was in the restroom at the time so he comes out and they dont let him know its ready nor do they call it again so then they call me up and like I said before I work in fast food so I have faith theyll get my order right because I hate it when people stand around and look through their bag I find it kinda rude so I take it and head home. Once Im there I realized that the six biscuits and large potato wedges side that Id paid for were missing. This was a $40+ order so of course Im upset. And I said thank you have a nice night and he didnt bother saying anything back. Yall need new staff and better training. Sorry for the low raiting.

I find this store for many years constantly has inventory control problems. I find it hit or miss on what chicken recipies (traditional/crispy) and types (wings, thighs, drumsticks) and sides they have available. I found their hot wings just awful - HWINO (Hot Wings in Name Only). Some of the worst I have ever had.. I find they dont have consistently good customer service organization between drive up and walk-in customer services so if you plan to drop by to get an order call first to see if they have what you want is available. Even when they have had what I want, they are often on the verge of running out. They told me that their supplier is part of the problem because the supplier claims they have a hard time find their location on a major freeway exit next to several other fast food restaurants. Now Im not a Harvard High MBA but it seems to me like the conversation I would have with the supplier - assuming thats true - would be to inform them the next time they missed a delivery we would find another supplier. BTW: I called them by phone to see if they had what I wanted was in stock right before I started this phone call. It has been over twelve minutes and counting and they still havent picked it up. So maybe my suggestion to call first isnt workable either.

My experience at this place was horrible. Went there around 2:30 in the afternoon. No other customers were there, but every single table was filthy. The drink machine counter had spilled soda and trash all over it. I thought about leaving even after I had placed my order and paid, but I was starving. Ordered chicken strips and they were dry and cold. This place needs to be cleaned up. Dont know how any decent manager could let customers walk in and enjoy a meal with the place looking so dirty.

0 STARS order two twelve piece chicken strips without the meal..The drive-thur clerk told me to hold on because she did not know if the had any. That should of been my first clue. Went to pay almost $39.00 and some change. The second clue they gave me 11 bbq dipping sauce, 6 honey mustard dipping sauce and 6 ranch. When we got to our destination I opened the boxes. The strips were dry like jerky dry. Never again.

Waited 45 minutes for our meal. Multiple people(at least 5 groups) received their food before us in spite of ordering after us. Have had multiple experiences of receiving the wrong food. The staff doesnt care at all about helping customers. Theyre usually out of most items on the menu. Eating here is an exercise in frustration.

The employees that work here are rude and non prepared. The employees also kept glaring at us because they messed up our order. Overcharge the food and didnt have napkins nor any food prepared. The bathrooms are filthy and doesnt seem like they have cleaned them for a long time. This was all between 6-7pm on Sunday Jan. 29

Staffs attitudes seem to be getting better! My kids just love this place. One time we left because the drive thru girl had such a horrible attitude. I asked to talk to a manager but she said no lol. We went elsewhere due to bad attitudes = spit in your food. A bit better last couple times. Food usually great though!

Maybe its a good thing that they dont always have every menu item available all the time, every time. Maybe that means that what they do have is fresher and better. But Im not so certain that that is the case.
