I ordered a combo and requested grilled onions which was not honored. At least the order came out reasonably fast. Drink refills are not free Its hard to imagine how this place stays in business with mediocre food and prices that make me question why I dont just get something from Pavilions I dont have any complaints about the decor, but it seems to contrast the rest of other establishments on this street. Maybe a facelift is in order... Bottomline: theres a good reason you dont see the seats filled. Or maybe I just ordered the wrong thing

PLEASE READ ... PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE . The owner is a persian and he is super dirty . Sit outside and look into the kitchen . It is super filth . I saw them re using the oil [ which was black ] for fries . I saw a roach on kitchen floor . The food is not good and you WILL get sick . They should close down this place . I am going to call health dept on them . Dont go there .

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Its a grime ridden joint with overpriced horrible food that is not worth the effort. Portions are small and taste like eating a frozen beef patty, that was scared of being cooked properly. The clientle is an array of overserved nit wits. It received an extra star for simply being open late. The rating should actually be 1.5.

The BEST burger Ive ever had! Ignore the negative reviews, if your picky then yes avoid this place. It isnt the CLEANEST looking joint (restroom is disgusting) but the food more than makes up for it, plus what do you expect its smack right in the middle of bar central WEHO! Its so good I come out here just to eat a chili burger, usually only in that area at night to party

Every once in a while someone at work would get a craving for Hamburger Haven and here we would be. But first, make sure you have cash on hand! They have an ATM inside just in case you dont... I never really liked it that much. It wasnt bad but it just wasnt that flavorful. And, everything could have been seasoned a bit more. Everything just always fell flat for me.

Juicy and delicious! Their burgers are the perfect size to fill you up, and they serve the nice fat steak fries. None of that shoestring nonsense. To be honest, Ive always been a bit tipsy when enjoying the food. Its usually a saving grace after a Sunday Funday at the Abbey, but I have faith that it holds up on a sober tongue.

I was not impressed with the burgers they serve here, or the fries It was bland and flavorless. I thought a place with the line out the door would be amazing once you get a bit but to our dismay and it was unanimous that everything was a fail!

When it comes to burgers, Im not picky. But this was a mediocre burger at best, especially for $10 (with fries). Im sure its mainly a place for the local bar goers after a night of drinking.

Terrible . Expensive ,the manager is a douch ,0.50 for refill ,food is bad ,so bad . Bad atmosphere . Empty,dirty . Staff is mean . 12$ for mediocre burger ,bad fries ,mean staff

If you see their sign that says "best burger in LA", dont believe it. The burger is run-of-the-mill at best. The roasted corn-on-the-cob is good.

I love their turkey burger. Its nothing fancy but it has parking and a bathroom available. Good customer service.
