5 star staff ... getting In-N-Out of the drive thru is straight up horrible. .. Dining area too small for the amount of traffic they get ... Knowing Dam well this shopping center gets tons of foot traffic that it needs a major dining area ... As good as the burgers are,customers are still taking one look and leaving.. just an FYI for people wanting a great burger from this location .. Great staff and well maintained facility. ..

This used to be amazing, i dont now if it is me getting older, if i got used to their food, or if they changed something. But as a place that offer great burgers, and that i ate hundreds of them, i must give the best review possible. And consider that it is a part of a chain restaurant, it can never be 5 stars...

Two girls at the window are pretty rude. (about 7:45) Girl outside missed a shake we ordered, no big deal. Got to the window and they acted like I tried to rob them of a shake until I said can I just pay for another one. Although it was a damn good strawberry shake its tainted with rudeness now.

A stable in the valley, and Van Nuys for sure. Lots of people go here, and its always clean; or can get easily cleaned with their attentive and spirited staff. Super consistent like the rest of the places! And its at the center of a lot of shopping and general services, so its always packed.

This place is always busy for a reason. If youve eaten at any In-N-Out, then you know what to expect: consistently great burgers and fries. One star deduction for skipping my order and offering nothing, not even an apology. It happened once in a dozen visits.

What you would expect from IN-N-OUT same great taste same professional and polite service but the one problem persist much like all other locations parking and crowded indoor seating, They need to come up with a comfortable way to dine in.

Just like all In-N-Outs, this place is VERY crowded and the drive through takes forever. Of course, you guys already knew this. Overall, its worth it. Just dont park near the edge or youll have a hard time getting out before midnight.

They get my order right MAYBE half of the time, if Im lucky. Its far from being one of the best In-N-Outs in the valley. But it has the advantage of being closest to me. Service is good enough, but not typical of In-N-Out standards.

Located in an outdoor shopping center in Van Nuys. Average indoor seating, some outdoor. Service counter is small. Seems to be a longer wait than at other locations. Food quality and general service is good. Bathrooms are clean.

Can never go wrong his in n out... this place is always busy which ever one you go to... this one is a block away from home... if youre a fan of the chilies... you can have them added to your burger while ordering

Dont go at night they dont listen, they rush, or read what is ordered... Got my order wrong when ordered... Got my order wrong in bag compared to reciet... If I sucked that bad at my job.... Youd be sueing hard!!!

Always 5 stars for in-n-out. I like the fries here better, theyre probably fried just a tad bit longer than other locations, and I like that. Sometimes there are weirdos lurking around at night though.

Long lines but large, highly efficient staff serves meals as fast as possible. Remember, everything made to order. Drive in line at meal times is worse than the traffic on the 405.
