I waited In the drive thru window For at least 10 minutes to place my order, after watching the cars in front of me leave I still hadnt placed my order. I decide to pull up to the window (maybe their call box wasnt properly working) And I keep waiting patiently at the window, the woman finally takes my order all I wanted was a chilli cheese grilled dog. I get my dog drive off and look inside my bag, what I see right away is a burnt wiener with unappetizing vomit I assume is the chilli cheese. I can get a better looking/tasting dog for $2 at Costco. Never again burger king.

Treated like royalty every time I visit. Food quality is consistently excellent and the staff is incredibly friendly, professional and responsive to guest needs. The restaurant itself is always clean inside and outside. The ONLY criticism would be the HOMELESS individuals who often hang out at the entrances to this restaurant and who demand money.

For some reasons that I couldnt figure yet, Burger King attract all kind of shady people who hang around the Burger King locations. The staff here really try their best to deal with them, but there is a limit to what they can do. OK, brunch, good staff, too many weirdos.

Ridiculous !!! 7.34!!! for a small whopper jr that I can eat in 4 bites and small fries that taste bad!! And a sprite that didnt even taste like sprite!! Worthless piece of junk food! I remembered why I havent purchased food from bk in 10 years!!!

I would rate it a zero but I cant I had a long black hair that came out of my burger and over my chicken fries why was my chicken fry box not closed properly and now no one will answer the phone Ive been calling since last night

I only come every two weeks or once a month if you go more you will gain some weight !!!! Tastes Good though I always get some kind of coupon 4 dollars for freesfree ,come two bacon cheeseburgera. Thats cool

Its decent. Sometimes the wait to get your order taken at the drive thru can be very long even if youre the only one there. But overall its a good place with friendly people and its pretty clean.

Its clean, service is not too rough, the sandwich is rich. However, the beef patty is not very tasty and its... dry. Even McDonalds beef patties (a few blocks east on Pico) are better than BKs.

Theres no Burger King here. I walk by here all the time and there is no burger king anywhere near here. Google Santa monica is 5 blocks away - so not sure why they dont know this.

Just like every other Burger Kings, you go to this one when you dont want to spend a lot for your quick snacks or a meal. Tge quality of food is just like any other Burger King.

What can you say... its Burger King. It all depends on who is working at any given time you go there. But at this BK, much more often than not the service is good.

They take "have it your way" very seriously. Love the new grilled dogs! Way better tacos than Jack in the Box. The Hershey pie is outstanding.
