Quem quer comer uma refeição rápida num lugar tão turístico, deve esperar preços mais salgados, típicos desse tipo de situação. Gostei do que encontrei. Local simples e comida saborosa. São poucas as opções do cardápio. Como fomos ali para comer hamburguer, qual seria a dúvida? Sanduíche saboroso, carne no ponto, pão de primeira, batatinha sequinha, limonada deliciosa, chocolate queeeeente! Foram 3 Pier burguer + 2 bebidas + 1 fries regular = $28. Quer mais por menos? Lembre-se de onde está e aproveite o passeio!

I have eaten here twice, thinking that maybe the first time was because it was so crowded, and it was just a busy day. This is basically a glorified hotdog and burger grease pit. The only reason people eat here, is because they are one of the few cheap and quick options on the pier and with thousands of daily visitors, they dont have to worry about a repeat customer. I went back and the food quality was just the same, awful. Its essentially, a burned burger in a flat bun with some ketchup, and other things that arent very tasty. The seats are first come first serve and with hundreds of people around, there is really no where to sit. There are much better places to eat at the Promenade or on Ocean. Just have fun on the pier and eat somewhere else if you are on a budget. You dont have to eat here.

Pier Burger var kjempe godt, etter nesten 2 uker reising og en del burgere på veien, var dette en av de beste jeg smakte. Burgerne er gode, saftige og ferske. Eneste minuset var at det tok ganske lang tid før de ble servert. Vi var en gruppe på 4 som bestilte og vi satt og ventet i 30-40 min før de ble servert.

So the staff were friendly but the food was terrible. I knew I was in trouble when they gave me my Sprite (immediately) and it was totally flat. I think they fill up a few cups of each soft drink and they sit for a while until they are needed. I ordered the clam chowder bread bowl, as with many cheap restaurants that only care about making as much profit as possible it was chock full of potatoes and I only found 3-4 small pieces of clam.... totally disappointing especially since it cost nearly $11. A total waste of my time, I should have gone to one of the other restaurants on the pier. Oh yeah and their plastic wear sits outside and there was sand all over them....

As a tourist here, I was surprised cheapish burger can turn out this good. The fries are nice as well. He only thing that will make them 5 stars is the cleanliness of the dining area. No one seems to bother cleaning them. So dirty table, greasy chairs are the norm there. I had to clean my table and chair before sitting down for a meal I picked up from the counter. But I was there for burger and fries which I enjoyed. Hope they will have someone dedicated to clean the high turnover tables and chairs soon. Then I will update it as 5 stars

I ordered after a long wait in line and the cashier was texting on his phone while i was ordering , i ordered one single pier burger and a double pier burger after I got my order after forever both burgers where the same size I had my son returned the burgers he was told by the staff it was double and a single when both burgers looked exactly the same and their regular size drink look like childs size drink and large drink looked like a small adult size drink and it was overly price,needless to say I wont be comming back to this place.

I see other reviews of the staff not being overly friendly, allow me to clarify. What they really mean is that the staff is not there putting on a facade for the customer like most burger places with loud, rehearsed greeting and phrases throughout your visit; they are there to give you the best product in the timeliest manner. As a consumer, that is all I need. The burgers are fantastic, juicy and filling. The fries perfectly salted and fresh. And if you have room, I recommend the peanut butter concrete.

This place was so good I wish I could go back to ATL and get some more! Their truffle french fries are a must try french fries! It makes you crave for it after the visit! The burgers are really good as well, I got the Santa Monica burger (because I love avocado) and the truffle fries and they were so good! Its a must try place to casually hang out with friends! There are a lot of outlets around as well and the nearby areas are really pretty as well!

Hamburguesas típicas americanas, justo lo que buscaba, me encantó, estaban muy bien preparadas y las patatas buenísimas tambien. Por 1$ puedes rellenar la bebida una vez. El personal es amable y hay sitio fuera para comer

Excellent burgers and fries.Highly recommend this place as theres so many options for fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, shakes,etc.They also ask how you want your burger cooked which is a good touch.Vegetarians can also substitute a veggie patty for any burger on the menu giving them just as many options as all the meat eaters.Not a lot of seating at maybe a dozen or so seats inside, so we saw a lot of people take their orders to-go.

Premium!!! Burger!!! Fresh Crisp Lettuce, special sauce, diced onions, tomato, cheese This place serves a taste of good old fashioned delicious juicy burgers 1st time in years I didnt add any condiments on my burger because the flavor of the Angus beef was so well seasoned. The shoestring fries stayed hot and fresh during my entire meal, not like mass produced fries at BK and Mcdees. Go!! Have fun, enjoy

Its a great location. The sea air really helps you work up an appetite making the food here extra delicious. The ketchup is tangy. The burgers are pretty good. However, there is big competition in this town when it comes to good burgers. Comparing it to many of the other burger places LA has to offer, I usually think about going to one of the other ones before coming here.

Esperar más de 40min por una hamburguesa no es normal. El descontrol era tremendo, la gente haciendo cola para protestar...funciona fatal. Se salvan por que la hamburguesa estaba muy buena.

Fast food en toda regla. Las hamburguesas parecen de mentira, aunque están sabrosas. Pagas el lugar mas que la comida. No está mal para repostar energía durante la visita al Pier.

Surprisingly good burgers with a good ratio of vegtables, meat and cheese, especially for the price (this is on the pier so things are pricey). Chips are quite nice although they are a bit pricey, but as the serving is large you can easily split a pound of fries with 3 people. If you can, get a concrete to go once youve finished your meal, its totally worth it.

I eat here once or twice a week. I cannot live without the veggie burger with cheese and pickles. Its become one of my favorite things to eat! Although I can live without the 20 minute wait. The ice cream is sooo good! Try a concrete with vanilla ice cream, sundae peanuts, caramel and banana and thank me later when it changes your life
