started off with a dirty wet table that I had to wait to be bused?? waitress never introduced herself. didnt write down my order when she asked for it. the had to have me repeat the whole order over again because.... surprise! she couldnt remember my order :( watered-down beverages that taste like the soda line needs to be replaced or cleaned. As with other locations in this chain the music sounds awful. Alanis morraset is not the music for a surf/Hawaiian themed restaurant. If how ever they were trying to make it into a lesbian bar than this music Im sure would be great. the food was Luke warm despite not being too busy

For a place that specializes in burgers, you would think they would be good at it. Sadly this was not the case. Overcooked and really nothing I couldnt get from a Jack in the Box for a third of theprice is the best I can describe this. The service was very good at least, the staff was friendly, and the place was well kept. But since the main draw to this place is the food, this turned out to be a major disappointment.

My husband and i were in Cali and we walked into the Islands and were impressed by the cleanliness, great service and the hamburgers were excellent. So was this chicken bowl we ordered very yummy and I would suggest this restaurant to anyone who wants a great meal, great service and great mixed drinks. :))) I give it 110% I wish there was one of these in Tucson Arizona.

Love the juicy burgers and the wait staff is always friendly and fast! The fries are delicious, Islands makes the best Caesar dressing Ive ever had, and the buffalo wings are amazing (and I do not typically enjoy buffalo wings) - theyre still crisp with just the right amount of spicy buffalo sauce.

Been here over 10 times and its always great.. Except for one time. That one time we were located in the corner of the restaurant next to the restrooms... And it felt like our waiter and literally every other waiter ignored us. So if you can dont sit there

The burgers are tasty and filling and their french fries are delicious, although occasionally oversalted. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that dijon mustard is available as a condiment, it goes great on the burgers and fries.

I would give 3.5 star. I like the atomsphere and service. Food is good too. The only thing made me NOT happy is, NO ONE TELL ME that THERE IS NO FREE REFILL OF STRAWBERRY LEMONAID. (visit time: 8/25/2017, around 7:30pm)

Visited for a friends birthday as some of the most annoying customers...college students. We split the bill 3 ways and despite having to serve a giant table the staff remained fast, efficient, and courteous.

Yaki tacos where decent. Forgot onions on one our hamburger and added tomotoes that were not asked for. Then theres the taco soup, to some up its flavor...eh. so much going on I couldnt taste anything.

If youre not offended by teriyaki and pineapple on dishes that are supposed to be savory, this burger joint may be the place for you. Good burgers all-around with decent sides to support them.

Always fresh and cheerful. Food is prepared as you like it and delishious. Staff are always cheerful and helpful as well. A little on the pricey side, but you will leave very contented.
